Tried to do my taxes on my own online but the webpage would not allow me to do the free filing like I have years prior. It made me choose and pay to do my taxes. The person who did my taxes was rude and unhelpful and made it seem like I disturbed her for doing her job. Nothing was communicated about my taxes and the process.
