Don't use this location!Taxes done incorrectly, filed with the wrong birthdate and had to wait additional time, re- filed and they were still wrong. Spoke numerous times with the manager and was promised a refund of my tax prep free, one month later no refund and my phone calls and emails are being ignored. They use people to do your taxes that are not trained properly, go somewhere else.

Do not go to H&R Block! Originally I called for a quote and I was told $150. When I received my bill it was $270. They tried to tell me that I did not say I had a dependent when I called for the quote instead of them asking me the appropriate questions to get an accurate quote. Maya, the tax agent, had horrible communication about how much my return would be. There was an $800 decrease in the return that she quoted me. I had to call multiple times over multiple days in order to finally get someone to call me back. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

Called to see if I'd be able to file taxes the same day and they took me right away -- within 5 minutes! Mayanin was so nice and very helpful when it came to understanding my refund/dues and what I should do for the next year.
