The fee to file my taxes. I did most of the work preparing the documents and it only took 15 minutes for the preparer to enter the data. I do not think H&R earned the $320 they charged me.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT go here. I would never ever go back or file with H&R again. They give no advice simply enter numbers and charge big $ for ever number they enter in.

I haven't had someone do my taxes by H & R Block in over 20 Years. And I've got to say. I pleasantly surprised how little it cost for how great the service was.ie.. Liz went out of her way to see if it best to Itemize or not.

Our tax expert was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. She completed our tax return right there in front of us, while we followed her on a screen. We have never had that experience before. We definitely will be back next year, good Lord willing, creek don't rise.

My wife and I Have had H and R Block for many years without any problems. We have no reason to change now. Also I do not feel confident in filing our taxes myself because of some investments.
