Absolutely horrible moving company!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ¼ OF YOUR BELONGINGS DAMAGED OR BROKEN!! They did not plan enough time to properly package all of our small items, so at the last minute, crammed everything into random "containers", including my turkey fryer, laundry hamper bags, etc. Even items on our High-Value list were damaged, including an authentic Edison phonograph (was packaged upside down, resulting in the wooden lid getting cracked). Our belongings were taken to a warehouse in Tucson, which apparently were set alongside some other person's belongings - some of our items were lost, & we ended up with items that were not ours! Items were scattered so badly at the warehouse that our delivery truck driver told us that he almost didn't take the load (and fortunately he showed us the pictures of the mess - broke my wife's heart & just pissed me off!). Delivery team was just as bad - they did not call off the item numbers of the packages as they were bringing them inside our house. Basically told us we had to check the inventory ourselves. We have moved several times over the past 10 yrs & have NEVER had a moving company do that to us.Claims process for broken/damaged items was exhausting - took 4 months to complete! In the end, United/Horizon did not honor items that were clearly broken because of their negligence, including a Roomba that was not packaged (!!) & did not have an item # on it.It is clear this company does not hire competent or qualified employees & is only concerned with getting paid. I shared the cost of the move with my employer, and neither myself nor my employer will every use this company again for relocation!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This shipping company delivered all my items to the wrong address, they didn’t even know until I called them. The person they delivered it to found my contact info on a piece of luggage and contacted me to let me know he had my stuff. If it was not for his integrity I would have never been able to locate my items. DOD should find a new shipping company to take care of service members moving forward.Additionally, I HIGHLY recommend you do a ditty move before using this company, save yourself a lot of emails, phone calls and time. They still have yet to take accountability of this mistake.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! When you send little boys to do a man's job, it does not work at all. They were 4 hours late and then lied in my face stating they wasn't suppose to do this job today. When in all actuality it's scheduled for today. This in turn means the job needs to be done. When it comes to military contracts not all of these companies deserve to have that CONTRACT. They want to tell the military member that they are to stop service at 5pm, but what does that have to do with the fact that the job is still not complete?! Do the job that you were paid to do. The movers proceeded to leave with the paper work that wasn't signed. I was not able to account for the items that were delivered and those that are missing. I have now made a complaint with the moving representative and I hope that I never have to work with this company again. I Highly do not recommend!

We had a great move. Everyone was on time as scheduled throughout the process. Our driver, Sean, was very efficient, on time, and had really good crews to load and unload our belongings. Care was taken with our things and all arrived in the same condition in which it was placed on the truck. We have moved many times during the last 50 years, and we chose United for this move because of past positive experiences with them. Our trust was not unfounded. We would choose them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the move went well. Both our Phoenix home and new Aurora, CO home were taken care of during the move. No damage to either home. Everyone involved at both ends took care to wear masks and was respectful of our needs. Angie kept us up to date throughout the move and Mike, the driver, was great making sure every aspect of the move went well. The delivery team also did a good job. Andrew and Kevin were great at reassembling our office furniture. Excellent support to make sure vulnerable paintings and mirrors and lamps were protected.

Most of our furniture was damaged. The sectional couch, leather chair, king sized box springs, bookcase, dresser, sofa table, baby swing, bike, stroller, changing table, accent table, deck box, slide, bike, solar umbrella, dining chair, area rug,and more. (Anything that was not in a box.) The driver was rude when we began pointing out that our stuff had damage as it was being unloaded. Many of our items were disassembled further than when they were loaded onto the first truck

Everyone was professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Our salesperson Scott was excellent answering any questions we had prior to the move and our contents were delivered on time and no hidden extra charges. We had a cross country move and Horizon packed and unpacked our contents without any mishaps. I highly recommend the Tucson team of Horizon movers.
