The entire process went very smoothly from working with the designer to installation. They turned out beautifully. We couldn’t be happier!! The entire process took less than a month. “Very helpful this visit. Employees didn't ignore me like they usually did in the past. Found what I needed by just asking a very assessable and intuitive employee. Once I got to the isle another employee asked if he could help. The only thing I wish they would have is "tap to pay" at the register. Inconvenient if I can't use my phone to pay.”

His knowledge and attention to detail were first rate and he was a pleasure to work with. The new color came out exactly as we selected and the 25-year old cabinets are better than brand new! “Tractor Supply is 'pricey'. However, on certain farm/ranch items (I bought studded T-posts) they are better priced than the Big Box Stores (especially Lowe's). What I have noticed at this store is that the staff seems to be more eager to be helpful to customers. And a 'shout-out' to the cashier (Janynie sp?) for her freindliness, and efficient service in doing her job.”

“I have not been to the store but used their pick up donation service.The men called before arriving. Gave 30 to 40 mins warning.Came with an empty 16 feet truck that had a lift.Moved all the furniture and bins of household goods.Both men were professional and didn't damage the house while moving the item out to the truck.It saved me a lot of money because I didn't need to call junkers.I scheduled on the 8th of October to have a pick up date on the 20th of October.Plan ahead!It is going to a good cause and not a landfil.”

Store interior and exterior as well as the restroom were all in working order and free of any noticeable defects.

“Everyone here has been friendly and helpful whenever I come by. I regularly purchase pet food here for my dog and cat, and crumble feed and pine shavings for my chickens. Prices are fair, and the online ordering for in-store pickup makes it convenient when there's low stock of something and you don't want to make the drive for no reason.”
“I am in home Depot on Broadway and pantano just about every day of the week not weekends very often today I witnessed the manager Lance in the parking lot for about an hour pushing in carts. Top loader carts flat carts and the carts that you stack wood on sideways. Lance the manager; I personally with my own eyes watched him doing this. You talk about a manager that leads by example, there you have it.”

“Purchased some items on the HD app late last night and was able to pick them up this morning from one of the lockers. The whole process was very easy and I got a text and email when my order was ready for pickup. I was in and out of the store in less than 3 mins.”
“I Just came From Home Depot on Oracle and Limberlost, I had ordered a Blower and weed Eater Online but by the time It got to me it was out of stock and kicked out my order, SO I went to Home Depot Today and Sam in customer service, Marty with WU-TANG TATTOO in Garden Tools and Mitch in customer service, HELPED ME OUT AND EVEN KEPT THE SAME PRICE AND HONORED IT, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY $50 MORE SO THANK YOU GUYS I APPRECIATE IT ??!!!!.... This is my livelihood so I appreciate it!!!.... And that's why I'm going to do Repeat Business with THEM!!!!”

“No real issues however I do vet annoyed when checking out. If you have questions, they usually don't know the answer and don't try to get the answer for you. As a gold member, I'm entitled to two free snacks a month. I have never received and as the people at the checkout don't know how to process it and usual don't ask for help.”
“You can’t get any better than this customer service. Matt knew just what we needed with our limited space but a French style refrigerator with lots of space! He spent an enormous amount time and nailed it. We’re so happy with our frig.

“Lowe's Home Improvement is the best store to shop at for home renovation and gardening projects. Being a veteran, Lowe's always asks if I'm a veteran and gives me a discount. Lowe's employees treat all their customers with kindness, respect, and are extremely helpful. If you ask me, Lowe's is definitely better than Home Depot.”
