Quick service, my rental was ready to be picked up and there was no issues once or ever. Staff was nice, polite and friendly.

I recently rented a car from Hertz and had a terrible experience. When I went to pick up the car, there was no cars after I had a reservation. Was ask to go some else, after saying Inwill wait for a car. I was given a disgustingly dirty car inside and out with the maintenance light on. The seats were covered in stains, there was garbage all over the floor, and the windshield was covered in grime. When I complained about the condition of the car, the Hertz representative tried to upsell me to a cleaner car for an additional fee. Double of what I was already paying. I was annoyed and felt taken advantage of - why should I have to pay extra to receive a clean car that should have been provided to me in the first place?Overall, my experience with Hertz was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car. They clearly do not prioritize the cleanliness of their vehicles and are more interested in making an extra dollar off of their customers. Steer clear of this rental company if you're looking for a hassle-free experience.I was also told by the the weekend worker please don't tell nobody I gave you a dirty card because we won't get paid our bonuses. I also contacted the manager who said there was nothing he could do however he would talk to his district manager to see what she could do and he would give me a call back. It has been weeks and I still have not received a call back very disappointed in the manager as well

When I picked the car up it had not been cleaned at all. There were empty boxes and food throughout the car. The windows were very dirty and interior had not been cleaned. One week later the car left me stranded when the battery died. It was due for maintenance soon according to the warning on the dash. Hertz roadside assistance advised me not to stop and get gas after the car was jumped and go straight to the airport rental car place and not turn the car off. I did what I was told and was charged for gas because I did not return the car on a full tank. I will NEVER rent from this location or Hertz ever again.

Was not happy with Cynthia’s service but Dejon, Joshua and Ruben made my experience much better when I traded in the original rented car.

Pulled up for our 12pm appointment to rent the car at 11:50am and we see the employee turn and run to the back with the doors locked then came out 10 min later to tell us we’re late and he’s closed so now we’re SOL with no car, thanks dude

My wife wanted to rent a small, fuel efficient car for a trip. They gave her a huge, gas sucking SUV and called it an “upgrade”Many customers had a similar experience that day. They have one person working at any given time so processing times are lethargic. The car was dirty and had trash inside, there was hardly any fuel, and they charged us $120 for fuel when she brought it back. Most rental car companies tell you to bring it back with as much fuel as was in it.If hertz expects you to fill it up then they should fill it up before you rent it.We’ve tried calling the local and 800 number just to go in circles. I’m hoping this review will catch somebody’s attention so they will call us.

I rented a car here today. The car had cigarette burns holes in the drivers seat. The front and back windshield were dirty. It reaked of cigarette smoke. I am allergic to smoke so this is a problem. Not expecting this, I needed the car to drive to Phoenix from Tucson. No time to get another car. I told agent and she said they didn't have any other cars available. The blue tooth didn't work and the cruise control doesn't work. I will never rent from there again.

Rented a car there for a recent trip to San Diego. The car was clean and ready to go at pickup and the process was quick. When I returned the car the gentleman was equally as efficient and very friendly despite having to stop every thirty seconds to answer the phone (he was alone). This was definitely one of my more positive rental car experiences

My experience with this location was exceptional! I wish I had gotten the names of the 3 associates that were in the office. They were all so incredibly helpful, especially with offering so much assistance with renting a Tesla, a vehicle I am unfamiliar with. Ultimately, I opted out since my roadtrip required me to be in isolated areas that I did not feel confident there would be any charging stations BUT they did peak my interest and desire to rent a Tesla the next time I'm in a more metropolitan area. Anyway, the team there was pleasant and efficient with getting me promptly on my way despite some computer (credit card processing machine) hiccups that eventually got resolved. Well done team and Hertz! Thank you!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I reserved a full size vehicle to rent for a week. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes while a gentleman in front of me was being helped. I figured he was picking up as well but soon learned that he WAS ONLY RETURNING A VEHICLE. It should not take 20 minutes to get the keys, record the mileage, and print out a receipt. After checking in, I followed the employee, "Joshua" outside to my rental. I followed him in circles, throughout the lanes of the parking lot before he realized the vehicle was in the back. Once we got to the back, I saw that he was trying to put me into a SUV. I kindly reminded him that I had reserved a full size and would much prefer that to the SUV. I had been upgraded he said(It definitely did not feel like an upgrade). I repeated my reservations against a SUV and proceeded to point at all the different vehicles parked in the back lot as a possible replacement. Each vehicle had an accompanying excuse as to why it could not be chosen. Apparently, only the SUV was driveable..........I suggested we go back inside and try to locate a full size on his computer. At that point he said "Fine, I'll put you in an itty bitty if you don't want the SUV." I am neither a car rental specialist nor someone familiar with car rental lingo but I was able to ascertain that an "itty bitty" was probably not a full size vehicle or something similar. I reluctantly took the SUV with promises of a bad review. To add insult to injury, once I finally began to drive out of the lot about 15 minutes later, I spotted "Joshua" placing the customer who had been in line behind me into a full size vehicle. Lying to customers and trying to force them to pay for upgrades is not right and should not be a policy followed by Hertz employees.

If I could leave 0/5 stars I would. This location was the worst experience I have had with HERTZ. I arrived at my appointment time (830) and they only had one Tesla to rent (which wasn't the car I reserved). I told them that I was unable to have the Tesla due to the distance that I was going to drive. They said they had no other cars and that I would need to come back, an hour later for a different car. After postponing our trip to get a different car, they still didn't have anything for us an hour later. Now over 4 HOURS LATER they still do not have a car for us to rent. I will NEVER rent from this location again. They are absolutely horrible!!!! save your time and stress and DONT rent from them!!!

They won't let me give them 0 stars. They're terrible. We booked a car through Expedia for a 2 week rental, went and got it and they didn't even walk out to the car with us to look it over. That was the first time that had ever happened to us with a rental. We took photos of the car, inside and out, before leaving and went to ask if they needed to look the car over and to tell them the car was dirty. There wasn't anyone inside. We waited a few minutes and just left. On the first couple hundred miles of our drive we got 2 warning lights on the dash: check engine oil, and low windshield washer fluid. I checked the engine oils life on the dash and it was at 2% oil life. Out of worry that something would go wrong and they would charge us for it, we decided to turn the car around and return it. We drove all the way from Texas in one day!! The next morning we called hertz and they informed us that we would have to go through Expedia to get our refund for it. Called Expedia and they said the opposite. And that we would have to return the car before hertz could give them an invoice to start the refund process. So we contacted hertz informed them of this, and we returned the car. Then hertz said they couldn't tell us how much we would be refunded but it would be prorated for the days we didn't use. Left and contacted Expedia again, and they said it would be a few days. Fine. But why did Expedia send us an email denying our refund? Because both companies are thieves and stole our money, that's why. I am so sick and tired of the bulls**t runaround that both companies made us do for a problem they forced us in to. If they provided a car that was clean and safe to drive we would never have been in that situation to start with. Hertz tried to explain to us that the car was actually not due for an oil change for an additional 2000 miles even though the light was coming on. How am I supposed to know that? There was no communication or window sticker to indicate that. They also told me that they could've arranged an oil change if I needed that. Why is that my responsibility? I should never be in that situation to start with. No windshield washer fluid is a safety hazard. I could've gotten something on the windshield that smeared and couldn't get it off bc of the low fluid. So they don't care about people's safety? They didn't wipe down or vacuum the car. We are still in Covid times people. I don't want someone else's sneeze and snot juices on or in the car that I just paid for. Not safe and just disgusting. Hertz needs better standards. They gave a 2 week car rental to me with 2 % oil life. You don't know where I was going. How does this make logical sense? Both Expedia and hertz are terrible and don't care about their customers or their safety. They also like to rob them of their money even though we tried to make sure the car was ok for their company's sake. Don't rent from hertz and the Ina road office in particular. And don't rent from Expedia either.

Horrible experience! I reserved a vehicle and paid Uber to get there. They closed the location 5 mins before they were supposed to, and I was left stranded. I was on hold for 45 minutes on their 1800 number to find a solution leveraging their airport location that had longer hours only to be told they would charge me A LOT more for a problem that was caused on their end. Never again!

We visited Tucson last week and we didn't know it but there was a rodeo in town and so rental cars were running short. We'd booked a car reservation at 9:30 but we could not get an uber to get us there before the guided tour we'd signed up for, so we had to go to Hertz later that day.We arrived at Hertz at 5:25pm and the attendant there, and I can't remember his name but he had a beard... anyways, he was extremely helpful, but, they didn't have any cars left. Right then, a lady came in a dropped off a car. We asked if we could get that car and he said we could and we started the process of getting the car but realized we didn't have a high enough spending limit to get the car for the days we needed it (we don't use credit cards, just have for emergencies). The employee was extremely apologetic, and we went on our way.About ten minutes later, he calls us, we had left our ID! By then it had to have been around 6pm. We were in a grocery store nearby and so we walked back to the Hertz and he was there waiting for us. We talked for a little about how to get the car and we figured out if we just rented the car for 1 day, then paid down the balance on the credit card, we could use it for several days, so we did!The gentleman who helped us, bless him, he confessed he had dinner plans that evening, but he stayed late to make sure we were taken care of!Thank you again!

Small, but the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice, professional, and personable. He hooked me up with what I feel is a good car for the price and made the entire thing smooth and seamless. Didn't catch his name, but rock on.
