Very disappointed about items to pick up.
Waited a month and the day before was told they could not pick up...can't wait another month going to the curb as free.

I’ve saved literally thousands of dollars at this point getting beautiful pieces for my house and even appliances. They also are good about taking small household items, though they are pretty picky about the big items they have to pick up. Overall, I love this store!!!

Very friendly with a wide variety of items at good prices. Last time I was there, I selected a curio cupboard. One of the drawers was stuck, so they were happy to fix it on the spot and double check the other doors before purchase. I'm thankful that they're willing to hold onto furniture for a little as well until we have someone with a truck to pick it up.

I went to Habistore last week and everyone there was really helpful and friendly. All the furniture had really low prices and nothing was in shoddy condition. I was really impressed after having gone to several thrift stores that had stained and heavily damaged furniture for worse prices.
I found a genuine leather Lay-Z-Boy couch and had it delivered today and the total was just over $300 including delivery. The delivery guys were cool and careful. The couch is super comfy and I'm happy with the whole experience. Whenever I need furniture, I'll go back there.

Waited a month for them to pick up my donations. The scheduler told me 1-3pm. They came at 11am when I wasn't home. The scheduler said I should have been home waiting. Like it's my fault!? Now I hafta wait another month to reschedule! Blsht! In top of that the scheduler was questioning the quality of my donations, after this was already done a month prior with pics. I find these people very unprofessional.

I understand that this is a charity, and they are very busy, but so am I. I am giving hundreds of dollars in furniture to these people, and the time for pickup can only be narrowed to "sometime on Tuesday"? I'm bored, behind in my weekly errands, and frustrated. I'm not giving to these people again. I'll just sell it on Craigslist or give things away to people who are willing to give me a TIME for pickup!

Wanted to donate two very good condition recliners. When they came to pick them up they declined one of them because of slight discoloration where head rests. I am DONATING chairs in good shape and you're nitpicking? Just saying!
