Love the gym. The staff is knowledgeable, they are very patient. The classes are very fun and it’s a positive atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. I would highly recommend.

Gym Two Forty-Four has been my second home for almost a decade now. It is not hyperbole to say that the community here is as tight-knit as it is welcoming. This is the kind of place that you come to for unparalleled training but stay for the tribe of people that make it what it is.
