I appreciate the affordability, but I really wish I understood how now matter what I say, I never get the haircut I ask for. I said “please leave my bangs long enough to push past my glasses,” and gestured to demonstrate what I meant. So why was her very first move to cut my bangs to my eyebrow?? I just feel like this always happens here. It’s like no one is really listening to what I’m saying or something. Very disappointing..

Decided to try out this Great Clips for a simple fade. Got there right after it opened on a week day and there was no wait. Friendly stylist but I did feel like she just zoomed through the cut but at the time it did look good. When I got home I took a better look and it was a bit uneven but overall a good value for the price including tip.

I just got a simple fade and trim on top Lady with that did it with really good quick and yeah I really enjoy the haircut that I got in there I don't remember her name but she did a great job and I'll be going back to her again for my next haircut

Whatever you do, don't go to the marketplace. Great clips, I got a haircut from Alyssa. You'll regret she doesn't understand instructions. Somehow, i wanted my hair to Comb it back.She took all my hair off. So I look like a bald guy when I used to comb my hair back. Then she thinks it's funny, unpolite. Do not get a haircut from there.

The employee (Tiana) is absolutely rude and ruthless!!! I took my son to get a haircut and she constantly kept questioning him as to why he came to this location and not another one instead. After she finished cutting his hair, I wanted to use a coupon. She told me that I cannot use it and that I should instead just go to another location if I plan on using a coupon. I then asked her if there was another discount she can give me, she then proceeded to laugh in my face and in a sarcastic tone of voice told me “I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do”. After a couples minutes she ended up giving me $5.00 off and as soon as I left I overheard her talking about me and my son to another employee who’s name I did not get. They were laughing about the situation and (Tiana) then turned around and proceeded to give me a dirty look as I was getting back in my vehicle. I will never return to this location unless something is done about these 2 ruthless employees!!!
