BEWARE!!! DO NOT ENTER THEIR HOUSING PROGRAM! My brother entered that program. He had a trailer I had bought for him, but it had become uninhabitable due to mold. He was required to save 85% of his income for housing. As a result, he could not pay lot fees on his trailer, and it was taken and sold for pennies on the dollar. After three weeks, he was informed that he could stay for a maximum of 45 days. So, in a few days, he will be out on the streets again and no longer even have a vehicle to sleep in. I'll have to take him into my home, but I don't want to do that as we don't get along. I don't know about their other programs, but their housing program needs to be revised. Because of GRM, he is worse off than he was before. I deeply regret bringing him there. I would give zero stars.

My neighbor has had unfortunate circumstances and is now homeless with his dog. He has been in the park for 6 days in 110 plus temps. I called GRM and was told that he needs to line up at 5:AM to (possibly) secure shelter. Only 10 people are admitted. This is frustrating for many reasons, is there not another option!

Hi friends and neighbors! Well, I stayed here a couple times in the last few years. As with anywhere, there's good and not so great. I found myself homeless a few times and they let me in.I felt like Mary K was a good soul. Dustin was cool and I liked Noreen because she didn't take any bs off anyone. As stated in another review, you need to work for your keep. This is where I had a few issues. I am disabled and had a couple of problems with the person that dealt out the jobs when Noreen wasn't there. There are classes, but felt like they were geared towards people who didn't have much and due to circumstances found themselves needing an education, a home and food. I personally have a degree and have heard the dish they are serving before. Not a big deal, but don't challenge them because you will be on the receiving end of someone's sh%*!list. Food was better than expected. Dates don't matter...lol! I stayed on the line of them thinking that I was bucking the system, but it's just because thy didn't know what to do with me. All good, I appreciate the lodging!
