I never leave reviews for businesses, however, I feel absolutely compelled to leave a review for Big Brand Tire on Kolb. My two young children and I had a scary tire blowout on I -19 South heading towards Sahuarita. Thankfully we were able to get to safety and had the spare put on. I drove to this specific Big Brand location as it is close to my home. I was happily and efficiently greeted from the moment that I walked in. Desiree assured me that I would leave with a safe and repaired tire. I waited about 30 minutes, then I was on my way! The waiting area was clean, the staff was professional, and I will gladly tell anyone who is in need of tire repairs or service to go to this specific location. I am beyond grateful for Desiree’s professionalism, urgency and genuine kindness after a very stressful event.

I brought my Subaru into this location of Big Brand Tire & Service, thinking it was another auto service chain. My mistake turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The staff and techs were wonderful . . . extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I received excellent service at a good price. The store manager was not in that day, but the assistant manager, Desiree, and the big chief district manager, Luciano, took great care of me and my precious chariot. The old Forester is rolling along nicely thanks to the team at Big Brand on Kolb. If/when I need future repairs and service, this is where I'll be heading . . . assuming I don't get lost on the way! ;-)

I had a screw in one of the tires, causing it to deflate completely every 2-3 days. They patched it for FREE, quickly, in a Sunday. Very happy and I’ll come again

Went to this place to get an alignment on my car and when they check it they said I needed to replace a part from my car and the amount was going to be $1,500 but then they said thatthey will only be able to put 3 screws in cause the sub frame was worn out. So they were trying to charge me another 2,000 to get that fixed. Then when I went to pick up my car they told me that I had to pay $625 for the labor of removing my old one and putting it back on. These people are a rip off. Bad communication didn't mentioned anything about the subframe having to be replaced and just felt like adding extra money for putting my old part back on my car that also wasn't the agreement or was not mentioned before I went through with everything
