Good selection that changes often, specials every week on certain color price tags. Changing rooms are available. Store is kept clean. Prices range from great to just fair, but are lowered if they don't sell at the higher price. You can try out electrical items before you buy them, plug-ins are provided for that. Wide selection of items besides clothes. Employees are very helpful.

Of the Goodwills on the East side, this is one of the better ones. I have never had an issue with the people who help unload your donations, if anything they are usually very kind and welcoming. I have, however, witnessed plenty of racism towards both staff and customers who are POC. In terms of the goods sold there, the clothes are usually in good condition and I haven't encountered many items in gross or poor condition. Their art section is usually quite disorganized, but with some digging I have found some gems there. Prices have gone up at all locations, but this one remains on the lower end. Overall I enjoy visiting and go there pretty regularly.

Employee was extremely rude to an autistic customer. The family was obviously trying to leave and the employee yelled out to tell the family to leave the store. They have as much right to shop. I called the store and the manager completely dismissed my complaint against that employee. I would never shop here.

I’ve had the most issues donating to this store then I’ve had anywhere else. They are very picky on what they take but are open on donations. I called and asked if they take bed frames and was told yes that they just didn’t take mattresses or box springs. I was very clear that I had a wood bed frame with drawers. When we arrived to drop it off we were told they did not take frames. I will never donate here again because of how picky they are with their donations.

This store is clean everything is always picked up unlike some other locations. Their prices sometimes are really high. You wonder where they come up with the pricing!?
when you can go to Ross and buy a new shirt for the same price as somebody's used shirt that's not good.
Sometimes the dishes are way overpriced. Just today when I was in there I heard another customer complaining about the prices. Goodwill gets this stuff for free it's supposed to be a Good will where you pass on the goodness to others not trying to make a profit. And then any of the good things that they have they send away to auction, so they can make a bigger profit off of the free item they received.
