Prices are too expensive now. Not many good deals. Long lines and grumpy cashiers. Yesterday I went at about 1:45 pm and the cashier removed the hangers from the neck obviously on purpose because we all know since we’re kids that you don’t do that because it’ll damage the fabric. And I’m sure it’s part of his training. With these prices and personnel, I rather go to a Ross where the prices are just a few dollars more but the clothing is new and the people who work there tend to be nicer (or at least they don’t act up on you like that)

So, after chatting with management and marketing, I decided to give the store another chance. I usually put down what I have and leave… Sure enough, this store still has the Longest lines and checkout times of any goodwill in Tucson, Possibly the country. Great stuff, nice staff, good prices but set aside 15 to 20 minutes to checkout :/ maybe think about more cashiers.

Staff needs some serious retraining most of the staff is amazing but the people that price things need a refresher. Selling canning jars three times over new market value instead of unit price like you're supposed to. Corporate said they would speak to the employees but I still run into the same issue

I like this store. I have had good experience with management and the sales associates. I live in rural Tucson and this is my closest store. I am a reseller so I shop there often. If you go early and really take your time you can find treasures. I also drop off donations and have had great experience there. However I am deducting a star because I have also had bad experiences at donation. Today I tried to drop off a beautiful antique dresser with a mirror. Apparently they have a policy to not take dressers with detached mirrors. I had to go to the Irvington store and they were happy to have it.
