I asked to use the bathroom and was told that it's for employees only. There is a huge sign that says restroom and it would appear the restrooms are for the customers as well. It seems to me that the employee I asked didn't want to bother letting me in.

Disgusting they won't even let my little boy use the restroom. Won't spend another time again at goodwill

Would consider teaching employees how to weigh pros and cons in real life situations. I have never been anywhere that has refused a barely potty trained toddler entry to their (large, clearly advertised) restroom. Even small shops with employee only bathrooms understand that the alternative is a puddle on the floor. I was told to wait for a manager to get there and we could ask her. Clearly no understanding of what a bathroom emergency is. And mind you this isn’t a small employee bathroom, it’s large public looking bathroom with a giant sign advertising its existence, they just have coded doors. When I was completely shocked and said, “Wait really? We’re going to have a mess on the floor she’s only barely 3”, mind you my tone was flabbergasted but I was not anywhere near yelling, the response was “don’t yell at me” with a ton of attitude. I left in a rush hoping we could get to our nearby house in time as the nearest neighbor to them is a bar. I now have a car seat accident to clean up and we have lost the small window of time I had to get some much needed items. We will no longer be frequenting this location.

I understand that numbers need to be met, but where there is price, there is quality.
The prices are expensive for the low quality of items put out on the sales floor.
If management want better reviews on their store, perhaps consider monitoring what's brought out a little bit more closely. Goodwill is becoming more of a scam as years go on

Short in the electronics area but that's up to the area their donations come from. I found plenty of selection otherwise and helpful staff.

Great place for a quick look around. They usually have a 50% sale on different color tags (the plastic tag that attaches the price tag), so make sure you know color is on sale before you start shopping.

This goodwill is overpriced on dvds and blurays. You can go down the street to better thrift stores for better service, cleaner facilities and better organized shelves of goods, and better prices. I was disappointed.

The positive is that the staff here are usually pleasant and helpful. The negative is that within the last few months there is very little organization in the women's clothing. Sizes and types of clothing are not organized any more. I'll find men's and children's mixed in as well. It makes it harder to shop and I just end up giving up and leaving empty-handed. I'm assuming that they are just understaffed at the moment.

The people who receive donations are always friendly and grateful. The people on the sales floor are always friendly and helpful.

The manager with glasses and the darker complexion was extremely rude along with his staff with the green dye job
