We were in the market for a golf car and Mary was super helpful in taking considerable amount of time explaining the differences between manufacturers and models, etc. We purchased an Advanced EV Advent 4 and could not be happier. Great service, delivery by Greg and follow up by Trenton!

I called to see about getting service on my aunt's golf cart. Robert, the service manager, promptly called me back to discuss a plan for checking the cart out. They came the very next day and picked up the cart. By just a couple of hours later, I received a call with the outcome of the inspection. Robert was very up front with the costs associated and we made a plan for getting the cart fixed. By the next morning, we had the golf cart back in the garage ready to go. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the entire process from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Golf Carts of Arizona to anyone needing golf cart maintenance and repair. Give Robert a call. You will not be disappointed.

We needed a Trojan T-105 battery for our Fleetwood Discovery RV, but we live in a rural area so my Husband and I were calling around the different Golf cars locations to check thier stock. The guy who answered the phone at the Phx location was short and 'couldn't be bothered', so we called this Tucson Golf Cars location. The guy who answered the phone here was very nice, respectful, helpful and not trying to rush you off the phone. So we chose this location to go to.
When I arrived to the shop after a 2-hour drive, the shop was clean and welcoming with a nice showroom of Golf cars. I really wanted to buy one!! When I approached Robert at the parts dept, he was very helpful, courteous and respectful. He offered me bottled water and even pointed me to thier bathroom since I had been driving for 2 hours. I bought the battery, and at the end of the transaction, he drove a golf car to my parked vehicle to pick up the old/dead RV battery out of my trunk which I had brought in exchange. He also gave me a new battery handle to help my Hubby carry the new battery when it came time. This was very much apprecaited. I love this "small town" service in the great city of Tucson. We'll always come back to this location!!!

Bought my cart from there, very reasonable, but the service is great, any time something need attention they would come and get the cart, in Sierra Vista, and return it at no charge. Fantastic warranty coverage. Thank you guys.

I understand I'm one of the few reviewers whose opinion of Golf Cars of Arizona is lower than most. After buying two golf cars from GCoA, and had one full set of seat covers replaced, I recently brought in my current car for new seat covers, a seasonal tune-up, four new tires and a detailing. Regardless of whether GCoA thought my dissatisfaction with some of the work was warranted or not, the courtesy of a response to my phone call and e-mails would have been the least they could have done. Why ignore me just because you believe, presumably, that my concerns were unjustified?

They did great work replacing our batteries. Pick up and drop off service was very convenient. I asked them to take a look at a self-installed voltage converter to make sure it was wired correctly and they did. I had an issue with a charge and they made sure to make it right. I’ll definitely be going back for any other golf cart needs we have!

What can we say about Terry and his crew. We had our lifted 36 volt ezgo golf cart with a sepex motor conveted to a 48 volt with an AC motor. New motor, new controler, new seats, new top, brakes, turn signals....pretty much a new golf cart. They did an amazing job turning this ordinary golf cart into an extraordinary golf cart. Top speed and torque are top secret now...LOL. Amazing team, amazing work. Highly recommend. Can't wait to take this beast on vacation.
