I want to give this place zero stars.If you want to deal with a pushy salesman, this is the place to go.My husband and I have been coming here before or after the gym because it's been convenient, but I would rather have to wait for protein to come in the mail or not have preworkout just so I don't have to deal with the manager here. We have been coming here for the past couple of years and it was manageable until we stopped the subscription thing and didn't want to give our number.Once we stopped wanting to give our number for points (because the manager was so pushy) it ALWAYS became the main point of conversation. P.S. We stopped giving it out of spite and feeling like you're just trying to get a bonus out of us. We almost left the other day without purchasing our preworkout because he would NOT LET IT GO. He paused from checking us out because he really wanted an answer as to why we didn't want to give our number. I held my tongue, but I wanted to tell him because of spite.Message to the manager - I don't care about your numbers. I don't want to give you my phone number or listen to promotions because you clearly care about getting a bonus than having returning customers. If I tell you no, I mean it. Asking for my husbands number then or a friends number, you are pushy and extremely annoying.I am in sales myself, and you do not have the skills to be in your position and I have no idea how you got your job.We are done coming here and I will discourage anyone else from coming here as well. Just get your stuff on amazon. Dealing with the manager here is not worth it.The only reason why I'm okay with there being one star given is Raul. He's really awesome and super helpful. I'd recommend giving him a raise or promoting him.

I have been to this location a couple of times recently (and will be a regular customer from now on). Dustin is quick to greet you when you come in. He is friendly, and very helpful, but not pushy. Great customer service ( a rarity now days).

Is it a third time In one year that I come to the GNC ON INA and during open hours there is a paper sign taped up on the door stating, “will be back in 5 minutes†and no one shows up after 20. Is this just me or does this happen a lot? Well it happened again just now.

The employee doesn't wana honer the buy one get one...he is so pissed...he is a fat muscle dude that in a bad mood with his kids in store..when he wanted to charge me for 2 items insted of one...i said no...thats what your sign said..he said we are about to remove the offer...i said i am not paying 29.99 x 2 he said ohh well don't buy then and i am not trying to act A** Hole...good Job store manager hiring garbage people...i will never ever return, go , or buy any gnc products....FYI the both bottle in sams club are 19.99 for both...i was just trying to be good and support local businesses....one star is to much for that store 👇

Purchased some BCAAs and tried to exchange them for a different flavor, as the gentleman who helped me chose them said I could. He neglected to mention I needed a receipt. All I wanted was an exchange. I will shop online for supplements from now on.
