I took a chance on yet another nail salon in Tucson. Great reviews brought me in. I only dealt with three people but they were ALL great. The woman at the front desk, then my.nail tech Thoi and the owner. I was greeted warmly, sat on time and felt at ease the entire time. Thay isn't always the case. Thoi (Toy!) was so easy to talk to and so gentle. *whew*.
She was funny and really impressed me with how she turned my poor , neglected feet to picture perfect!
This place was very clean and they are very sanitary. Not all salons are like that and you know it.
This might not matter but the ambiance there was amazing! The warm lighting gave the place such a positive energy. There was no 'harsh" lighting that is so common in most nail places. To me personally, that is huge.
The owner is a really awesome gentleman who is hands on helping instead of sitting on his rear. It was great.
I FINALLY found my place!!

From the moment you walk into Gelish, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The salon is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they take the time to listen to what you want.
Whether you're looking for a classic manicure, a trendy gel design, or something in between, the technicians at Gelish have the skills and experience to make it happen. They use top-of-the-line products and their attention to detail is incredible. My dip manicure is always on point, and my nails last for weeks without chipping or peeling.

I have been coming here since the beginning of 2024. And I've had a wonderful experience every time. Minna is excellent and professional and so is everyone else. Today someone did come in a cause a commotion. I enjoy getting my nails done. It is my relaxing time. Time I set aside for me personally. And this woman would just not stop. She was erratic and loud, disrupting the services of others. The entire staff was great and professional and reacted well towards her ridiculous outburst. Regardless, I will be back and continue to enjoy my services and chats with Minna and the rest of the staff.

I've been coming here for 4 years and have never left unsatisfied. Everyone is so kind, patient, and talented. I've never had a problem and have never seen anyone else have a problem until today. This girl came in while I was getting my nails done complaining of waiting 30 minutes even though she came to her appointment late. What bothered me about this whole thing was that, she was bad mouthing the owner because of her own tardiness and while the owner was having a conversation with another client, she heard the owner say something, unrelated to her, and decided to yell and threaten the owner. Not only that, but she threw her coffee at the building and drove off. I HIGHLY praise every employee and the owner on how they handled the situation. I don't think I would've handled the situation as well as they did. Thank you Gelish staff for all that you do for your clients. You all always go above and beyond for us and I will always be greatful for your work and kindness. ❤️❤️

They made me wait over 30 minutes for an appointment, then shamed me in front of everybody when I said that it was not professional. The woman there who said she was the “owner” then referred to me as retarded. Good job guys , me, and all my friends have been coming here for the past year and now we will never come here again.

I’ve been going to Gelish for 4+ years now. I usually see Tracy, who is ALWAYS kind and is amazing at her job, but as my schedule often doesn't align with hers, there are times I see others. I have never left the salon dissatisfied with any of my services with any if the staff! Ever! The entire salon staff is always kind, friendly and professional! From the receptionist on. I love the ability to text for appointment requests and have always received prompt responses. If I have ran a little late, and needed to get ahold of them, they have always answered my call, and have never not accommodated my tardiness. Because of this, I’m happy to wait if needed should they need to move someone along before me. Though, I have never waited very long at all despite my lateness being my fault! Thank you all for your amazing work, you are all appreciated!!♥️

So, I've never had anything done here at this salon, but my beautiful woman and her daughters do! So I've been to the salon and sat and waited. While there, the owner and staff are the epitome of professionalism and class. Never once have they let my family members down with their work, and they do it at affordable, reasonable prices.
I've also seen that they have expanded their business over a span of several years. This tells me they have a great client base, and multiple return customers. This does not happen in Tucson unless you have a great working relationship with your client, and your work is the top of your profession. I've only seen and heard good things from Gelish, and will recommend it to anyone who wants great work done.
So, if you see a negative review on here, it's probably the heifer that thinks her $#it doesn't stink, and should see her Karen @$$ out of the area, back to her ghetto salon. I'm just sayin...

Absolutely amazing, Menna did my nails and payed attention to every single small detail, she confirmed if I liked them any time she did every detail (shaping,color,placement of accessories etc) she spent 3 hours on me with no complaints at all and was very kind the entire time. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied with how my nails came out, I have never been to a better nail salon in tucson, forever coming to this one

Cleanliness: Super clean! One of the reasons I drive across town for their services! I live off Cortaro farms Rd, so it's not around the corner but worth it! Gelish is the best nail spa in town, period.

They are really artists here. Love my pride rainbow nails. Did a great job. Lovely aesthetic in the studio. Lots of chairs. Clean. On the pricy side. $70ish before tip. Bring cash, there's a fee for credit.

Katie is the best! It was my first time here and my favorite nail salon I've ever been too. It's so beautiful and everyone is so sweet. I found out about a last minute interview that was an hour after my appointment. Katie had me done in no time and you can't even tell she rushed- they're soo beautiful and I made it on time! Thank you Katie! ?

My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures while on vacation and we had the best experience! They took us in as walk in and were very polite. They took their time and it was very relaxing. We will be coming back the next time we are in Tucson.

Kevin did an incredible job with my nails! He is extremely detail oriented and meticulous with every step. I definitely recommend his service and Gelish as a salon in general, they’re amazing!
Requested style: I asked for an aura design and it was even on both hands and followed the color scheme perfectly
