Would not accept my return even though I was in compliance with their return policy.UPDATE 11/01/2023: After emailing their customer service, I was provided a full refund. They said that it is their policy to not accept returns for lip balm. I hope their website and receipts are updated to reflect this as well.

This store has a whole bunch of cute stuff, candles, games, tarot cards, books, toys, etc. Me and my friends were shopping and we got accused of stealing and we got banned from the store. We were not stealing anything and we were just browsing.
