Every time I come to this store they disappoint me . It is impossible to download digital coupons, they don't honor the coupons that they send me in the mail , and the clerks and customer service desk are no help at all .

THE PAST FEW TIMES, ONE one of the Pharmacy techs has been a little rude , and making personal comments about the customer's family member. I realize they are under a lot of stress and and short of help because of their speciality. However, that's not my problem. If she prefers the customer wait until ALL of the prescripts are filled , then I suggest, she be more thorough in her text messages. rather than saying , your prescript. is ready. just a suggestion. Clear communication is an important factor.

My prescription was filled 2 hours previous to me showing up. When I arrived I was told I had to wait 15 mins (for my 7 pills to be counted) after watching literally everyone being helped in from of me, she tells me that now they will start filling my prescription

The staff there is one of the friendliness and most helpful staff. They really connect with the customer, they know me by name and always treat me respectfully

This pharmacy is the worst. 2 prescriptions in a row they have not filled from the dr on time. First time it took 3 days for them to fill and even after they called me to let me know it was filled I still had to wait an hour because it wasn't ready. The second time same thing happened except I gave them a week because of the holiday. I then still waited over an hour for them to fill. These meds are for my daughter not even me and that's what angers me the most she needs them. So do not get your prescriptions filled here unless you want to wait.

Pharmacy is a very unprofessional place and you can't even understand the pharmacist Tina. All the techs are rude. FRYS PHARMACY YOU SUCK WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I brought in a prescription for my cat. The pharmacist basically refused to take it. Saying she would have to order it and it will be very expensive. I asked what she thought the price would be and she said she didn't know. So I walked away from the drop off feeling extremely dismissed and confused. I went to the pick up for one of my prescriptions, the lady in front me had stepped away so I thought she was finished. I walked up to the counter and the male tech barked at me to step back, the lady in front of me was still being seen. She had stepped away to pick up items which I was unaware of. Once it was my turn I asked him if they could fill my cats prescription and if not why, because my sister has the same exact prescription for her cat at the other fry's on 22nd. The lady pharmacist came back over and said she would take it and to call her Sunday. Horrible customer service, like they were doing me a favor by doing their job? I will be moving all my prescriptions to the 22nd location.

Try calling about a refill,place on hold, phone began to ring again,no answer or reply, totally, totally unprofessional an befitting the night crew,who are all incompetent! Such a difference from the day workers.!!! They act as if they're doing you a favor, when in fact my insurance pays too keep them employed,but that's the state of our work force sad to say.
