Staff are friendly and helpful. I transferred my prescriptions here because the pharmacy is conveniently located and has a drive through. However, and unfortunately, this pharmacy appears to be understaffed or overworked. It's difficult to get a prescription filled or refilled. It's unfortunate but I may consider reverting to using another pharmacy.

the worker at this establishment was completely rude and treated me as if I was less than . I am a regular shopper at this frys grocery store, and I came in to buy a product later at night and was in a bit of a rush and I went to self checkout and it said the product was $6.99 and on sale but when I rung it up it turned out to be $13 so I was confused but not a single worker was at self checkout so i decided to go to one of the lines to checkout but i didn't void the item because i obviously don't have the code, that is the workers job to void the item. and then i realized i forgot to grab something so i came back and went into the line I asked the worker who was very kind at the line about the price and he assisted me on it, and a few seconds later this rude older male worker finally came back to self checkout which is where he should've been the whole time and basically in a rude tone said "was this you who scanned this!!" i was in shock i assumed he was talking to the worker but still it was such a rude tone to even be talking to the worker in, so i didn't bother to answer him and he said it again but louder and then he scuffed and sarcastically said in the rudest and mocking tone "thanks for telling me so i can void the item" and walked away giving me the dirtiest look and the worker in line was in shock as well and just shrugged his shoulders. i was in shock because as a worker in a establishment you're supposed to be kind and assist people and do your job to void and item, I hope someone will correct this worker! this interaction ruined my whole night ( this happened like a week ago)!

My wife was waiting at the drive up. There were 3 cars ahead of her. When she got to the window the worker pulled the shade down. My wife went into the store and confronted the person, being rude her replywas "we only have a half hour for lunch!"If this is the way they treat customers then they lost our business! Train your staff to tend to the customer in a civil manner! Bye Fry's Pharmacy at Silverbell and Cortaro!

You have to find Cathy and wait in line for her. She is absolutely fantastic. I would rather wait 10 minutes for Cathy than go through the self check out lines. She remembers her customers / she's friendly and just makes a difference. Fry's - she's a keeper!

The pharmacy is awful in every sence of the word. From refills to drop and pick up. Three people are working and all of them are ignoring the pick up window. No matter what time of day the service is non exitant. Truly awful.

The pharmacy technicians and assistants are all wonderful. They are clearly short staffed, however the female pharmacist is very unprofessional and rude. For this reason alone I won’t return.

I hate leaving a bad review for them because the people that work here are so kind. Unfortunately they are really overworked and understaffed, so I cannot recommend anybody use this pharmacy until that is fixed. Most of the time when you call the phone just rings endlessly without being picked up, if it is picked up you are asked to hold before being placed on hold for 10 minutes before it disconnects. It takes them a full day to fill a prescription, if you are lucky, and they can't ever give you an accurate time frame for when it will be ready. We live 30 minutes from this pharmacy (from all pharmacies, rural life) so not being able to plan our day around when we need to go to the pharmacy to pick things up is extremely inconvenient. We can't just drive there and if the medication isn't ready, drive home and come back in a couple hours since the drive alone takes an hour there and back. They also only fill prescriptions with the cheapest, worst generic possible, and they have no ability to order in anything better so a lot of the prescriptions I have picked up have been either completely ineffective, or at least 50% less potent.Tl;Dr really nice people work here but they have way too many customers for the number of employees so the wait times to talk to somebody or get a prescription filled is unacceptably long. They also only stock extremely cheap generics which means certain medications are ineffective or significantly less effective due to cheap fillers.

In the 2 years that I have had prescriptions refilled at this pharmacy, they have NEVER NOT ONCE had them ready when they say it will be ready! Staff is respectful, but very unreliable service.

Not good management. I've had numerous automated calls reminding me my script is ready and when I go to pick up not ready or only part will be ready. Every time I need info and call I'm put on hold so long I hang up

If I could give them zero stars I would. A medication I can get at a competitor for $15 self-pay, Fry's wants $81 without insurance. Always busy, often rude and apt to make up their own rules when it comes to refilling medication, this pharmacy needs to get their act together. Just terrible in every way.

Terrible service each time I try to use their drive up. The last time took the cake when I tried to pick up the prescription 2 days AFTER the date they had given me me. They said it wasn’t finished and I would have to come back later. Hmmm with gas at $4.50 a gallon, plus my time this is indefensible.Now when I try to order it I get the message that it is “too early to fill” since they messed it up the last time. Now my medication schedule is messed up and I am not able to take the pills as prescribed.

It was be great if all Fry"s were the same quality. The produce here is second rate compared to the Fry's on Tangerine. They are typically low on stock and the store appears in major need of updating. It isn't fair to the staff or customers to have a lower quality store in a neighborhood and still charge the same prices.

After years of going to Fry’s pharmacy on Silverbell and Cortaro I stopped going, about 6 months ago, because the staff was so rude!! They never wanted to help and they were always rude on the phone!All of that changed today there must’ve been a change of employees or head pharmacist because the pharmacist today was more than kind and helpful and to Matthew who is a five star kind of guy that actually cares, and for going above and beyond to help me get my prescription moved over from CVS! I had it in just a short time! Thank You!!
