It was my first time shopping here and there were a few items I couldn't find e.g. canned black eyed peas but my biggest complaint is the way my groceries were packed up. I brought my large reusable bags but the bagger double bagged many items in plastic, including the cold and frozen foods. Frozen and cold food stay cold longer when they are all packed together. After removing everything from the plastic bags, I was able to repack everything in the reusable bags I brought. Unconscionable waste of plastic bags and total disregard for the patron's desire to avoid them.

Their stores consistently have the nastiest public restrooms even after they supposedly cleaned them, comparably making Walmart's bathrooms look like they're sanitary when they're far from that also.At least Walmart provides toilet paper & paper towels, Fry's didn't have that and almost no soap to wash your hands!This fry's had poop smeared all over the walls that literally looked old enough to be carbon dated!

I worked for fry's in Oct. and they still can't find my money. I guess they expect you to work for free. Oct. isn't that enough time for Fry's to find their butt right under their noses. WHERE is my money Fry's

I would give zero stars if I could. Went on a Friday afternoon to get one of their specials. Advertised in their weekly digital deals. Pork shoulder roast 99 cents a pound. Told they were all out and to come back Saturday. Went on Saturday, to be told they are still out and to come back MAYBE MONDAY. This is one hell of a way to treat your customers. People plan dinners around these weekly adds. Plus all the time wasted in going to and from the store. Horrible horrible company. And they want to merge with Albertsons. What a mess that would be.

I understand associates are trying to leave early specially when it comes to closing and customers walk in 20mins prior to the store closing. But I didn't know the associates were allowed to stand there looking at the customer while they bagged their own bags and there was no one in behind line. I even asked the Assistant front end manager and she agreed. I find it unprofessional how this happens often and Dave the cashier just leans in the register while I had 6 bags of groceries and was still bagging to finish asap.

I have purchased fuel here twice both times my vehicle began to idle and run poorly hesitation and stuttering on acceleration and significant reduction in fuel economy.

My husband and I stopped by to pick up a few things at 7:45pm. They had all but one door open so people who were entering the store were running into the people checking out and trying to exiting. Then I tried to use the restroom and the guy cleaning the bathroom said "don't you see I'm cleaning right now" and begrudgingly let me use the restroom. Most of the staff working were very unfriendly and didn't seem very happy about having to be at work. This isn't the norm as other Fry's Stores around the area, so I don't see myself returning to this store. Do better Fry's on Ina!

The worst produce ever. I only shopped there once but half of th produce that I bought was sub par and had to be tossed. Never again will I go there.

I was able to successfully use my Kroger fuel points here and saved $1.00 per gallon to fill my 33 gallon diesel tank during my 2300 mile trip West. Kroger and its related stores are the best fuel deals around. Was able to park comfortably while hauling a trailer. Receipt paper was stocked and washer fluid / Windshield scrubbers were available.

First time here and Racist Hispanic lady at the self check out while I was with my 7 ur old! Breathing down my neck for having 20+ items. If you had a cashier available I wouldn't have to do it all myself! So many out of stock items. Old rotten food everywhere!! Unorganized. Never coming here AGAIN. Lost my business and everyone I tell the story to. We ARE HISPANIC you racial profiler!

The frys at ina keep taking things out of my click list order and one time they missed over a %100 dollars of food and made us pay for it and we were going camping the next day and needed the food we finally got it but it took a long time and they always get my ice cream wring and i cant eat caramel but other than that its pretty ok.
