This store is substandard all around but the grocery cart situation is least forgivable. You usually need to find your own cart in the parking lot and more than half of them are in need of repair. Makes a crummy shopping experience practically unbearable

Thank you Lisa for being rude today. Kroger customer service insisted I take a $20 store credit for the inconvenience. I'm a customer service worker myself, even on my bad days I wear a smile on my face. Maybe try it out once in a while.

They close the doors before they are supposed to. It says everywhere online they close at 11:00 pm
And they closed the doors early. We even asked to speak to the manager the manager said it is their rules from higher up. I just needed to get my babies 2 gallons of milk. I always shop here. I can give you my number so you can check my rewards. I stop by here 3 times a week on average. I never will again. Manager says they close 5 minutes before I walked up to the door it was 10:54 the lady said it was 10:57 I showed her my phone. She still didn’t let me in. This is not okay if you close at make it show online that you do so.

The Fry’s on Valencia is NOT following the store hours posted on the doors and on line. The closing time clearly states 11pm and I was not allowed in at 10:54pm because they wanted to close early and told me I had to arrive 10 minutes before 11pm. I was very upset and stated that I was only grabbing milk for my kids and they still did not allow my entry. This is not to be tolerated and needs corrected action. I even spoke to the manager and he stated that upper management has gave him permission to close 10 minutes early. Better Business Bureau needs to make sure they get fined and make sure they close the hours posted for service.

So I live in Midtown... I'm used to the Fry's at Grant x Swan, for example.
Dude, this is one of the nicest Fry's I've ever set foot in. I will definitely be back.

We were back visiting in Tucson today and needed a few groceries. We went to “our” Fries on Valencia that we always shopped at when we lived here andthe employees that work here are the friendliest Ive ever met. I met Brandy and Rachel and they said their happiness at work is due to great management like Louisa. My ankle acted up in there and I talked to the young man in Starbucks and he let me have a seat for as long as I needed it. I didnt even buy anything. It was so refreshing to watch people shop and talk to the friendly employees. Thank you Louisa and other exceptional managers for knowing how to choose good people. We still love your store.
