My wife (Anne Booher) spends a considerable amount of money in your market and the service is deplorable. Today (Aug 12th) she needed some help taking purchases to car. Cashier called for someone to help and nobody ever came. As a long-time grocery store manager I find this unaceptable customer service, when did we start putting the bottom line before customer service. I know margins are tight but Kroger corporation is not going broke. Thank you for listening. Mike Booher.

Most incompetent and stupid management of any Fry's I've ever been to, ever. Frequently will be out of carts. The customer service line will be miles long. All because the management is above pitching in. Don't get me started on trying to bring your own bags. The location on 22nd is much better run, better maintained, and better staffed.

Scott the Courtesy clerk is amazing! He helped me from the beginning to the end of my experience. This was my first time shopping here and he was great. He hand picked my cart and made sure the wheels were working adequately. Then he bagged my groceries in paper bags because he asked if i wanted paper or plastic and i chose paper. Then he has the memory of a genius because he remembers all the current deals your store has. He said that my english muffins were buy one get one and he ran and got me another bag of them! He really deserves to be taken care of well so i hope you do so and give him a raise. Thank you Scott you're the kindest human!

Went to Frys bought just a couple items in self checkout. Asked the machine for cash back. A message popped up saying help on the way. Girl tells me that register doesn't give cash back . I asked why did it give me the option. She told me in the beginning it tells you but message is only seen for a few seconds. She has to get someone else to get money. I waited 12 min. I was told it was my fault I didn't see massage. You guys want us to use self checkout to save you money . Sorry I don't work for you. I wasn't trained on machine. You should in fact pay ke to do your work Girls were rude. I did cuss them out but they started this garbage by not taking responsibility

You can get water and propane here. I came in to Fry's at 2:30 on Thursday, June 22nd. Brandon was very friendly, and I needed a dollar with mostly pennies, so thank you so much for taking the time to help me! He works up front at the self-service checkout! He definitely deserves some recognition because although the other employees are very nice, he went out of his way to be extra nice to me and the customers around me. He also made sure to tell the customers to have a good day. I see a lot of places nowadays with horrific customer service. The employees won't even talk to the customers. Brandon, you rock and you are appreciated!

Unless it's really early in the morning, I no longer shop here - too many crackheads loitering and living on the property, and shoplifters! In late March, my bicycle was stolen right in front of the store! Most of the shopping carts are damaged. They still have nice employees and have good prices but I feel safer at a better location.
5/13/22 Fry's has some of the highest gas prices on the east side!
2/27/22 So on Thursday morning, the very day after Russia invaded Ukraine, at 6 a.m., I drove past the Fry's on east Speedway shocked that gasoline was $.45 cents more per gallon than the night before! Way to go Fry's let's capitalize off the fate of Ukrainians. So I'm not against making a profit, supply and demand, and believe in capitalism. I sincerely doubt ANY fuel truck stopped by Fry's late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning and charged them more money so the difference in price would be passed on to customers at 6 a.m. LESS THAN 10 HOURS AFTER THE INVASION OF UKRAINE! Fry's gas prices on Thursday morning was five to fifteen cents higher than gas pumps in the surrounding area: Speedway, QT, Circle K. I'm taking my food dollar to Safeway, Albertson's, and Walmart. I've shopped at this particular Fry's since 1980. You Fry's people can lose my business and gouge the customer and go to h_ll!
I'm tired of watching people bring their pets into the store (SIGN SAYS "SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY!" These are NOT service animals but pets and this is a food store, employees don't do anything about it SICK!

Kudos to Fry’s for offering a military discount today. For that reason I cant give one star. But absolute shame on them. I asked the checkout attendant to pay my discount forward. Give it to someone that may need it more than I. “I don’t think we’re allowed to do that.” So much for trying to be kind to a stranger.
