Worst fry’s I’ve been to in a long time. Half the carts are damaged and none by the doors. All floating around the parking lot. Inside produce is poor quality and bakery breads and buns are scarce just cakes. Overall bad experience ended up walking out since I have to go elsewhere to get what they didn’t have anyways.

this review goes for most frys in tucson. UPGRADE YOUR SHOPPING CARTS!!! Every single one is trash and needs to be replaced. Yall can afford it don't be stingy. Your customers deserve better carts. It's 2024. Most the carts seem like they were made in the 1800s. This is why I usually go to safeway.

Why is it every Sunday around 8pm they only have 1 register non-self checkout open. Then today only 3 of the self checkout registers are open with management knowing there are currently 14 people waiting in line to check out.

This employee Nicole was so nosy like mind your business. She was staring at our items that we are going to purchase like she was going to take it. it’s ok to look but why is you staring than she ask for are food like no go get your own food sorry not sorry.

I was at this store today. I was charged for an extra item I didn't have. When I was sent to customer service, there were 7 people in line and only one person working. The young lady Karma was trying really hard to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. She was pleasant and apologized to everyone for the wait. If this store had a decent manager, he or she eould have been back there helping her. They should be ashamed for their lack of professionalism. One lousy manager!!!

While going through the self checkout, we accidentally dropped a jar of pizza sauce. I asked the cashier if she could have someone go get a replacement. She said "You can". I went to go get the replacement. Leaving my adult daughter to finish checking out. When I came back, I saw the janitor tell my daughter "Get the he'll out of the way" while she was still finishing checking out. I looked at the cashier in self checkout and asked her if she heard that. She mumbled he wanted us out of the way so he could clean up the spill. Then I asked to talk to the manager , since I was getting nowhere. The cashier pointed to the customer service and said you can talk to him down there. The manager who appeared to be a nice guy, reassured us that he would talk to them. Evidently they don't need my business.

Why advertise and have things in your weekly ad that you guys do not have in stock. Went for the blueberries on sale and ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time trying to get blueberries for the same sale price. If you guys do not have the exact item in stock that is on your weekly ad for sale then you should honor the price with what you do have in stock. Thank god we still have safeway for now and it sure is gonna suck if it is bought out by frys who doesnt care or wont go the extra mile for the customers you still do have. What a disappointing company.

i've been to a lot of Fry's floral departments & this one by far was the most disappointing. It was not fresh & very messy. Bad quality all around. I don't plan on visiting this location ever again.

Long lines. Waited 10+ minutes to do an id check for alcohol at the self checkout because the woman needed to help another woman on a coupon. Ok that is fine but then another person needed help on a coupon and then it was another 10 minutes. Then when I finally got an id check the system told me I needed an item check after the attended left. I said fuck that and then went to a an actual line. After I got the receipt there was an an issue and the assistant manager didn't know what was wrong. I had to go to customer service where a man was trying to. Buy $1000 in visa gift cards and there was a problem. At this point it was 35 minutes. Horrible service and this is not the first time time this location sucks.

O stars if I could leave a review without it. Nichole at the self check out was yelling at a lady in front of a store full of people. She kept yelling for a manager and made a very unnecessary scene for the lady and yelling at her. AND Tracey at customer service really should look for a new job if she hates hers so much. She is down right rude and when I approached her she wouldn't even make eye contact with me and snatched the paper out of my hands and shoved the payment in my hand. Get nicer employees who appreciate their job! Who can smile and not be condescending to your customers!!
