Tried to get a cart, first ones about to lose a wheel, second one is locked into another cart and I can’t pull it apart, 3rd on is also smashed into another and can’t be pulled pulled apart, no workers to help, I left didn’t get anything and won’t be back.

Unhelpful customer service. Called to ask if dry ice was in stock. Was lied to and told it was in stock after calling multiple other locations. The freezer wasn't even on, drove for an hour for nothing

Instead of asking everyone if they scanned everything on the way out, why don't you actually open up check out lines instead of letting your workers be lazy and still paying them for work that they aren't doing....

This store has gone so far downhill. On the way in we only found 2 shopping carts and both were messed up and unusable. Had to walk a bit to find a cart at all.
Went to the deli and had 4 people serviced infront of me. Including 2 workers. I've never had an issue with the nice older lady that works in the deli. The younger girl was rude and knew exactly what she was doing by ignoring me. The management is a joke!!

The manager refused to let the worker go to the bathroom and made her piss herself. She also refuses to help disabled customers with anything. That is both wrong and illegal. I dont know how she still has the job but I will be sending an email to the better business bureau because that is just wrong.

I went to this Fry's and brought my Igloo backpack to put my cold items in it. I was told by the security guard that I would have to leave it with him. After explaining to him that it wasn't an ordinary backpack, he reluctantly allowed me to bring it with me. As I walked away, I heard the security guard and the store manager say that ppl who bring in backpacks steal.
