Did a PICK UP order from them and upon unloading my groceries a WOLF SPIDER jumped out of one of the grocery bags!!!!! I had to deconstruct the vehicle spent 3 hours getting that spider out. I’ve seen their door OPEN when they’re taking deliveries in and out of the store so it definitely made me question the cleanliness or methods in which the groceries are being handled and why such critter would be hanging out in the bags. Will not be doing pick up anymore or shopping here as often…. Also could have had an accident if that spider jumped at me while driving or bit my daughter while in the car seat. Very disappointed. Going to Target or Walmart from now on. I Usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this was pretty traumatizing for something that was supposed to make my day easier.

Your store has problems with me, and I don't know why? Todays date is 8/27/2024...last Thursday as I walked into the store I was confronted by a self check out supervisor...she said that my card did not go through that morning and I owed money. I told her that this as the first time today that I came to the store to buy things...she took a second look at me apologized she miss took me for someone else but the damage was done and all the other customers were looking at me as if I was a criminal! Then last night I was shopping at your store and to of you workers who happened to be black men were following me around the store as I was shopping treat me as if I was trying to steal everything they were getting too close to me and laughing and acting like they had kept me from stealing they even followed me to the self checkout. And they and the self checkout supervisor were giving me dirty looks after I paid and had my receipt...I was wearing a T shirt and shorts, so I how could I steal or hide something?? I am a valued customer I have a credit rating of 800 plus I pay my bills and I do not steal from anyone...do I have to bring a friend/witness or body guard just to go to your store or get an attorney...I am treated very politely at other stores and treated as a valued customer...Next time I will bring this mater up to the store manager/supervisor...when I have the time before I purchase anything...I am not happy with this situation!

I bought a standalone chicken breast from the Deli. Got home and sat down to eat it, only to find there wasn't a full chicken breast there; half of it was bone. The other half was so dry that I might as well had taken a bite of the sole of my shoe. It was inedible. I was famished and that was supposed to be my dinner. Called and spoke to Linda, manager, to cut me off to reassert that they do have quality control and that I can drive the 25 minutes each way from Corona de Tucson for a refund. Linda did not apologize for the inconvenience and refused to issue a refund over the phone. I had a protein shake for dinner instead. Will not buy anything from hot Deli again.
EDIT: I finally made it back to the store today 8/13/24 @6:39 pm and asked for a refund for the chicken breast. Instead of sympathizing and apologizing for me being robbed out of a dinner, Marissa, without attempting to look anything up, stated that there was no such notation that Linda left for the incident and argued with me saying that "Linda has not worked there for two months". As if I made up the name "Linda" and just happened that there was a supervisor by the name of Linda at one point in time? Marissa then refunded me for the item but failed to refund for the tax. Neither her nor her direct supervisor had the knowledge that hot Deli items are taxed. Had to do a separate transaction for the tax amount because I asked for it.
This store really needs to train their staff in customer service and should be grateful I tried resolving it head on instead of contacting health and safety. Still in awe as to the lack of apology and attitude given.

This has been my store since I moved here from California four years ago. Love the people, love the service and their products are excellent. The meat department and the deli are so good. And the bakery as well. The crew at the pharmacy are so good at what they do. All around, I am extremely happy with my Rita Ranch Fry's store.

The store has had a remodel since I was there last. Confusing but what remodel isn't. I found everything I needed to be in stock and happy about that. Just wish more self checks were open. Not a deal breaker though.

Frys needs to stop selling fireworks period, is not fair for dogs to go through the fear each year of the sound from firecrackers! They shake terribly and hide in their own home! Why do they have live in fear! Stop selling fireworks and give dogs thier peace back.

Usually very clean! We do pickup a lot and they are always early. Things do come out of stock but it’s out of their control. Love the membership and worth it for the extra points on Fridays! Fry’s is my grocery shop of choice! Love the app!

Duhhh... it's a grocery store. Lots of good stuff to eat or drink or make into something great to eat. Checkout is always an experience. Most always a line whether checking out yourself or using a live person. The cashiers often chat pleasantries, but the bot doesn't have much to say. Now, where did I park my car?
