The rudest and most incapable employees ever! The 116-year-old working the deli is constantly grumpy and miserable. The woman who brought my groceries out to me at 7:30PM today was too good to say a single word, even though I was still pleasant and thanked her. There are never any working carts available, and when I tell an employee I just get shrugged at and completely ignored. This was my last time dealing with this. I'll never return to any Frys location. There are far better stores in Tucson with much better customer service and higher quality products.

I used to be super happy with this store but I'm just trying to shop and I get accosted in the produce section by somebody wandering around with a tablet trying to sell me AT&t cell phone service. Absolutely not what I come here for.

Gotten a little better, but the parking lot is still a little sketchy. If there is security that patrols the outside, they need to do a better job of keeping the homeless away so they don't harass you when u enter & exit.

Terrible customer service today as I went shopping around 5pm I saw they had avocado's advertised for 99 cents each so I got one . Imagine my surprise when the dam thing rang up for $2.34 I told the self cheek out person who told me do you have the frys app I go no ..
He goes see the lady over there she can show you how to download the app I don't know how isn't that part of your job. I walked over to the front end manager in the red vest she was absolutely extremely rude. Apparently she hates her job rolled her eyes and said you need the app I go well its false advertising she goes it states it at the bottom. I go I must have miss read it . Her reply well no kidding . I work in management at a famous retail store Nordstrom Rack and would never treat my customers like this .I will certainly shop elsewhere like Safeway or Albertsons.

I used to enjoy shopping at the Fry's at Grant and Swan. The people are usually polite, the prices aren't the worst and it's a convenient in its location. However, like many fast food establishments customers are unable to use the restroom without permission. That is unacceptable. I guess I will just pay more to go somewhere else that allows us of the restroom without the nonsense. You encourage self checkout, but we need help to go to the restroom. No Thank You too both!!

I used to shop here, but it has become disgusting. Ignoring all the overpriced items (compared to other supermarkets) I tried to buy some meat today and it all looked disgusting, particularly the pork. The top was an employee told me I had to place the cart, after I was done shopping, in what they deemed a proper place. I simply replied I was not an employee of Fry’s and they cont8nued to harp as I left the store. I’m done. There are too many other worthwhile competitors to continue giving Fry’s my money. Additionally, now they have people in the store interrupting my shopping trip trying to market me! Screw them!

For some reason the few times I've been to this location there are loads of people wandering quite aimlessly. I don't know if it's too close to a dispensary but most people linger in from of a single ice cream container or slab of bacon for an uncomfortably long period of time. Certainly not the stores fault, but I wonder if there is a time or day that I can avoid that. So far morning, midday and evening are out.

Idk what the deal is with this store, but last night I came to get ONE THING for my daughter, with 10 minutes left until closing time, I walk up to the door and this woman is standing at the door saying they are closed. I told her I only needed one thing and that it would only take me 2 min and she replied “I can’t let you in, go to Walmart!” WTH? THEN TODAY I am in there PURCHASING the things that I need, and this older woman was literally standing over me watching me to the point of me being UNCOMFORTABLE, not because I was doing ANYTHING wrong AT ALL. I swear it doesn’t matter how much money you spend somewhere, you go into your NEIGHBORHOOD GROCERY STORE for a few things looking less than perfect and they treat you like a criminal
