I've been with them for years and never really need to visit the branch except on the extremely rare occasions where I have to fix a problem.Eveyone has always treated me with kindness and respect. As soon as I ask for help, they resolve whatever it is by calling for you to the home office. I NEVER feel rushed in any way when they do need to help me.I love the online banking. I can open accounts, move money between accounts, bill pay - everything.All I can say about the bad reviews is this: either you paid fees because you incurred them (they warn you when you open an account), or you were rude or obnoxious to deal with. I don't know what else to say.I've banked here over six years. I had horrible experiences with Wells Fargo, even credit unions. But never once with First Convenience.As to change, it's not a regular bank in that there's no huge vault with $20k in it. They probably have the same change as any Walmart cashier. Give them a break.

DONT BANK HERE! I opened the accounts because of a friendship I had with one of the employees at that branch. I asked about the fees and told that there were no fees for like 6 months. I go to transfer money and I find out from another branch that my account was closed for over 100.00 In maintenance fees that I was not informed of at all. Con artists

Putting a cap on Zell payments to $500 and charging you $3.00 for each transaction is ludicrous! Changing banks asap. It may be convenient but ethical I'd say not so much. Just bad business

Jesus Sanchez is the worst and the rudest bank employee that I have ever dealt with. He was the reason for me to walk away from this bank and not wanting to do anymore business with this bank.

So far they've been good for free. Sense I'm over 50, so they do not peal my account every month with fee's and such.

1. No after hour banking1a. NO DEPOSIT OPTIONS ON THEIR ATM2. policy changes every other month3. Holds money in excess of 5 days on MULTIPLE occasions.4. Robot answering machine that takes anywhere between 30 minutes to an Hour EVERY SINGLE TIME.5. only open for 7 hours... from 10 am to 5 pm

THE WORST BANK EVER! I just got a new card sent to me and activated it with the instructions on the card. Of course that did not work so once I called a second time somebody helped reset my password and reactivate my card. Again that did not work I had to call and they told me they were going to send me a new card after I just got a new card. The customer service was very belittling telling me I wouldn't understand. As much as I tried to understand him it's not my job to understand it's his job. This isn't the first time I've had difficulty getting money onto my accounts or sending money. They delay checks for weeks, and sketchy af.

I've never been in the cortaro Rd location but I have in one on park. I have never had a problem. I've been with them for 4 years and I've never had an issue with my account. I will admit sometimes I do wait on hold for awhile. But it's like that anywhere you call.

Terrible. Just terrible. They're so sketchy too. I wish I could give it zero stars. My boyfriend always has issues with this bank. Highly DO NOT recommend banking with them and they hold your money for forever before giving it to you. No thank you.

Only bank open later on a Saturday. So went in asking if I would get change for a vendor event and was told absolutely not. When I asked why, I was met with we only do that for people with an account here…….. Not really a way to gain a client when they won’t even help a person walking in. Do not recommend going here. Staff wasn’t only not helpful but rude.
