A great experience! I was having some issues with moving my storage unit over the weekend and Mike, the property manager called me right away on Monday morning and worked it all out with me. He's a great person to work with. I've had that storage unit for a couple years and no issues. And again I was very impressed by Mike's quick response and how he worked with me to fix the issue.

I have a great experience so far with the First and River Self Storage. I was looking for a place to put all my things in before I head to long-term fieldwork. Staffs in this storage are both super nice and helpful. Mike suggested the exactly proper size to me and showed me the unit. He also patiently helped with all the things relate to rent a moving truck. The check in process went well and he explained things clearly. The move in went smoothly too. The storage unit looks clean, safe, and climate controlled. I will update about how it goes when I'm back and need to move things out.

Mike was awesome! He was very helpful, enthusiastic, and just made the whole process finding a storage unit extremely easy. Highly recommend, the environment and staff like Mike go far beyond selling what they have to offer, they’re there to make sure their customers are happier when they leave than when they walked in.

Very clean, climate-controlled, and a lot of perks: dollies, free use of moving van, etc. Also affordable.

First and River Storage is a great deal for the money. The facility is professionally managed by a competant and courteous staff, and is also clean and centrally located. The fact that they sell moving supplies is an added plus.

The receptionist has always been very polite and helpful. They even have a moving truck that you can use for your moving needs. Highly recommend!!!
