Was there this weekend and decided on some Jordan’s they had on display there. The girl said it was a the last pair and would go search for the other shoe. Girl came out 30 min later and said they could not find it and that she was sorry. Stated her manager was going through all the boxes. I could not understand how they could “loose a shoe”. Waited and then I approached another employee who was nicer and attempted to help me. He went back to search and also stated that they could not find the shoe. Offered to leave my phone number so they can call me back if the shoe was found. No one called me back. Not even out of courtesy. I also noticed no one offered any other solution like ordering the shoe online.I then went online found the shoes and ordered with express shipping and I paid 30 dlls extra for it!!. I was suppose to receive my shoes yesterday and the tracking still says fed ex is waiting for the package from the store. I have attempted to call customer service and I have emailed them twice with no response. I called one of the local stores also and spoke to CJ the manger who tried to help but had access to the same information I did.I am so upset I just paid over 100 dlls for a pair of shoes that I will probably will not get. Now, I am on the line trying to speak to costumer service and it says there’s 120 min wait !!!I won’t buy from this store again !!

Walked in knowing what I was looking for. I was greeted, but they didn't have my shoe size available. Salesman said, "No problem, I'll ship them to your home." In less than 5 minutes, I received a confirmation email and headed out on my merry way...

So unprofessional....it's a defective item within 45 days....angel wants to pertend she is manager lol ....manager don't care shoes are 40 days old .......but under store policy and nike warranty is valid.....so I handle stuff differently.....I will contact franchise Monday corporate office and explained situation.....let's see what happens Monday....so un professional finish line.....good luck come Monday

We visit this location on 08/21, Horrible experience in general! they delivered a wrong size in 4 occasions. After we notice our sales rep was busy attending some “ friends visit” we spoke with the manager in turn; this happened about 4:00pm. He excused the employee perhaps he took over this order but delivered the wrong size another 2 times, We seriously thought that we was getting prank so we asked him if we was on a tv show or YouTube video (prank) trying to make fun of our experience. He reacted in a very rude manner explaining he and his employees had a very busy morning, he also mentioned that “they are humans” and they are allowed to make mistakes, my husband asked him if 1 or 2 mistakes per transaction wasn’t enough and he confronted him face to face in front of the cameras, I felt disrespected and humiliated by this “manager”.In the most politer way I would like to request any upper manager to check videos and cameras of the incident, This was the most uncomfortable experience for me and I’m sure for the other customer at the store.Of course we ending up taking our business to the closer competitor in this case “Champs”.

The employee (long black straight hair with claws that she could barely type with) did not want to be there this morning. As we walked in, she was complaining about how she was "put on the spot by" management/someone. She was irritable, moody and needs to learn customer service skill. The register was under Andres, but I'm assuming that's under the other guy who was there.
