Tucson mall employee called for me to see if a specific shoe and size was available. They were told it was and they would hold it for me as I was on my way. Upon arriving the shoe was not on hold and not in stock. Communication is poor. And not only that after going from one finish line to another the customer service difference was very noticeable. Employees here are rude.

Was my first and last time coming to this store. Such a bad experience. Was just a bunch of teens standing around not doing their job. There weren’t a lot of people there but it still took them 10 minutes (it felt like ) to find a shoe for me. The manager was great help but that rest of the staff needs a huge upgrade.

I always find something I like when I go here. I order online from them often as well. They offer after pay as well if you want to break up those higher priced purchases into a few more manageable payments. Great customer service too.

Moms and dad's be warned!!! I purchased Champion slides that came apart after 3 hours of use. The store refused my refund under the Defective law( 45 days to return) i went home and called customer care or more like now we have your money we are customer dont care about you 2.0I spoke with chat 2x's and i called back the fake customer service center. I actually ended up getting a young lady that had her heart and mind in the right spot, shr had me send pics to her and sent thrm to the store, the store that refused me now told me to come in they can help. It turns out that when i went in the store i was sold an old shelf slider with a box that had water damage. Shame on them for allowing to be represented by a disgusting box! It took 5 times and over 3 hours to get my refund. Buyer beware!! They even refused to honor the rules on the website and back of the receipt.

Finish line decided to change this coupon to expire Tuesday without informing customers or thier own customer service team. When the coupon status60 was clearly marked as Wednesday This is an outrage after spending over 2 hours putting things in my cart and 36 min on hold with customer service to them be transferred to loyalty that was closed by then shame on you finish line to change it to Tuesday at 10am before you customer support even opens!
