I am so pleased with the haircut by Susan of Feisty Salon. We were so busy talkingand laughing while she did my hair that I really didn't pay attention to how it looked until I got home to my mirror. Called to make an appointment. Didn't hear from anyone. Girl who picked up the phone doesn't seem to know what's going on. Anyway,there are lots of salons in the area to choose from. No big deal. Somehow,these people should learn good customer service.

I saw Stephanie at Feisty Studios, she listened well & did a fantastic job cutting and layering my hair.
