I have tried to look for an email to write corporate about the amazing customer service I received from Jaime CSA at the Tucson airport location. I had an overnight package that was delayed for a chemo patient and they were cells that have been grown for a month, being that the package was held up in Tennessee if we didn't refrigerate them by the end of that day they would die. Another employee looked at the time and said I was 4 minutes too late. Thank goodness Jaime came out and asked what I needed. He did the back work and found that my package was still on a truck but said he would get it for me with some time. I can not express my gratitude to Jaime CSA enough, I didn't get a last name only that his title was CSA. That is amazing customer service that obviously not all Fedex employees encompass. I was on the phone with Fedex as well as having 2 other associates on the phone with them. The information we received on 3 calls was different and so I rushed to the airport to see if it had arrived in Tucson. No one else offered help, they told him they were busy. So Jaime himself started to unload a truck and found it a 1/5 of the way in. Thank you Thank you Jaime! You are a blessing.

Package was scheduled for today and then when I tracked it again because it wasn’t delivered during the time frame it was changed to tomorrow. Very important package ! Tried to contact fedex and they are like a broken record. They keep saying it’s scheduled for tomorrow. Can’t seem to tell me why it’s changed. Sorry service and will go through UPS like I usually do.

Horrible business. I had a laptop shipped through FedEx. They lied about trying to deliver twice. I was at the address both days, and they did not even drive by the address, let alone drive up to the door and knock. They claim to have left two door tags. Neither I nor any of my neighbors received door tags at our houses or in our mailboxes.
These people are complete liars, and there is no customer service rep to call, just endless robots.

FedEx DRIVER FROM THIS LOCATION DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG PLACE AND NOW THERE IS NO COURSE OF ACTION TO BE TAKEN TO FIX THIS ISSUE. FedEx CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP TO RESOLVE THEY SAY CONTACT SHIPPER BUT FEDEX IS THE ONES WHO LOST MY PACKAGE! GARBAGE STORE WITH GARBAGE SERVICE!
