It makes me so irritated that there isn’t a phone number to complain about a driver speeding through my neighborhood. The main number said without a truck number or name they can’t help. If he wasn’t driving so fast I’d have a truck number. Next time I see him I’ll just call the police.

In the last 5 weeks, we got a new FedEx driver in Vail, AZ. How do I know? I NEVER had so many consistent issues until now. Out of a total of seven deliveries between myself and my husband, only 1 package made it to my door. I placed two formal complaints with FedEx and nothing changed. This driver delivers our packages to our next door neighbor or our neighbor diagonal from us. Let's also add thar out of all delivery drivers, he's the worst! Not only can he not read a label or address sign but drives down our dirt road really fast! Rocks have flung up and hit our garage! He also peeled out in our neighbor's yard while delivering my package to her. I highly recommend you either find a new driver for our route. He is disrespectful to all of our property! He has dark curly hair with a dark bearded face. DO NOT SEND HIM AGAIN!!! Sincerely,

July 23 2024: Package is on delivery truck before 7AM. At 5 PM I start tracking the delivery truck location via Fedex website, and status of package is still "out for delivery". The truck never comes close to my neighborhood. Then at 8PM the driver stops in the parking lot of the local shopping center and changes the status to "We tried to deliver." I don't mind delayed deliveries due to legitimate reasons, but don't insult our intelligence with a phony status. Besides, if the Fedex truck hadn't been parked at a residential house in the sparsely populated outer suburbs for an hour and a half between 5:30 and 7PM, you would have had time to deliver.

I literally watched the driver pull into my cul de sac wait 15 seconds then pull off.. never even attempted to deliver my package. Then the tracking status of my tracking said attempted to deliver. I called the 800 customer number and was assured the driver would come back to deliver my package by 5pm. Here it is 6pm and of course my package hasn't arrived. I call the 800 number again and I get told my an automated service to call back during business hours and hung up on.. long story short they have horrible customer service and I'm 100% convinced the driver has stolen my package and they only enable the behavior at there offices

I am also going to file a report with The Better Business Bureau. I will slso be contacting our attorney General in the state. Only way 2 post this message is choosing a star 2 rate it. Fedex by no means deserves the one star I had 2 choose.

I have been using FedEx 2 transfer my wedding rings 2 my jeweler for inspection and repair for several years now. This time they didn't make it; the package is "lost" according 2 fedex. Fedex claims there isn't anyway they can track it. The only record they have is when the box was scanned when it left the drop off point. There is no activity since. I have gotten the run around since I found out the box never made it. I filled out a claim but haven't heard anything about it yet. Customer service doesn't know anything at all and all I get is a run around with a new excuse when I called them. I have the address where it went and I intend to drive down there and have them search for it since that was the last place it was. This situation has reminded me I had a problem with fedex 2 years ago when they sent the package and I never recieved it. I talked with customer service a number of times and they did locate it. It was in a fedex warehouse in Miliken, CO. I was in Loveland CO at the time. Their excuse to me was the driver kept forgetting 2 load it on his truck. I put up with that for 2 days before I called them again and asked if I could drive over to the warehouse and pick it up myself. They allowed me 2 do that. My jeweler provides me with the fedex shipping label 2 get the jewelry to them so I don't have to pay shipping. If I do get my box back I will never use fedex again for any shipments that i send out. I will pay for it if they find them for now on through a different shipping company. They don't deserve the star I gave them but was the only way it would let me post this message.

If I ever have an issue with packages being delivered to me, it's always because it was sent via FedEx. Every package in recent memory that has been sent via FedEx, except one, has missed their expected delivery date by several days for one reason or another. Yet the competition seems to have no issue delivering at the time they tell me. If I ever ship something out, I actively avoid using FedEx and if companies give me the option of who I want them to ship to me through, I never pick FedEx even if I have to pay a little more for the competition. Left two stars because at least the packages always make it to me eventually, so there's that.Also, now that I'm thinking about it, the delivery drivers for the competition are always nicer and more careful with the packages and where they deliver them. They'll even brave my barking dog to get them into a safe spot whereas I've had FedEx just drop my deliveries right in the middle of my driveway for me to almost run over when I get home or just chuck them over my 8 ft fence, not knowing whether or not the contents are breakable.Just anecdotes from my experience. Your mileage may vary.

The road Palo Verde is in need of repair. The facility is well keep and clean on the outside parking area. It's also right across the street from a DEA office so it's a safe area.
