Tried to call the store and experienced the worst voicemail system ever devised. The goal of the system is to never allow you to talk to a human being. The problem I had could not be solved online. Avoid if you prize your sanity. So bad it hurts.

Brought in a phone to ship. Already boxed and packaged. They wanted to know what was in the box, which I didn't trust telling them and having the employees steal it. Then they didn't want to use my box because it had a bio hazard sign on it. Instead of just throwing a blank label over it, since there's obviously nothing hazardous in it, they wanted to charge me for a new box. Then because I said I would just go somewhere else, they cancelled my shipping label on me but swore they wouldn't touch it or cancel it. I get to another location and the labels cancelled. I had to log in and create another label. Just vindictive scammers VERY SHADY PEOPLE. DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH INTEGRITY.

This is the ONLY place I go to for printing. They are seriously amazing. Fast, so helpful, make sure your prints come out properly. I've never had a bad experience and have been coming for years. Just got all my Christmas invitations, RSVPs, and other prints I needed done and they turned out beautifully. I've even come in with emergency orders and they always come through. 5-Star guys, nice job, I highly recommend!

I have been going to this FedEx for a year to have prints made of my drawings. I always bring my own high quality paper with no sheen (they do not offer no-sheen paper). No problem for a year and then today I got Fes (that’s the employee’s name) and he refused to use my paper. Told me it will jam his machine and if I wanted to take the chance and his machine jammed up I’d have to pay for having it fixed. Wow. Terrible way to deal with a client. I will be looking for a different and friendlier FedEx now.

I needed to ship very expensive camera equipment back East. I have had this gear for a long time and was very nervous about shipping it, was worried all morning about the shipping process. I called your 7301 E Tanque Verde Store in Tucson AZ and was greeted by Xavier. He said he can help and package up my gear for shippment. I drove over and as soon as I walked in FedEx store I was greeted and made felt at home. Still nervous about the value and shipping Xavier help and answered all my questions. He was very professional, friendly and understood what I needed done. He made the process so easy I could not believe it. All my concerns just vanished and a weight was lifted after Xavier helped me and found the "perfect box" to ship my camera gear and lens. I'm a professional photographer and this gear is my livelihood. The rest of the staff was friendly and helped other customer get in and out quickly. Xavier deserves a fat raise and needs to train your new hires. He said and did all the right things. I don't give feedback very often but this was a great interaction. Thank you Xavier and FedEx for making my day brighter

No hate on the employee but fed ex has to be the worst delivery option possible its so unbelievably horrible i payed for express and its in my city but its been delayed 4 days now and i cant even pick it up the box requires no signature but for some reason he wont f****** leave it at the door? It makes no f****** sense why he wont leave it at the f****** door like the instructions say to do simply the worst place to send or receive packages

Came here because of the good reviews, quickly left because of the price. $115 to ship a 16×20 poster with glass. I offered to take the glass out, they said it made no difference left. I couldn't have gotten out a second sooner

Fed Ex requires signature to deliver. Calling them gets you nowhere. They won’t eliminate that requirement. The sender contacted them, they still require signature for an 8 am- 8 pm delivery. I spent 2 frustrating hours trying to “Manage Delivery “ online. Nothing works on their website. After you select Manage Delivery, they send you a verification code that NEVER comes . So you can’t manage your delivery. They will not help you manage it by phone either. Just keep sending you to their website that doesn’t work. Fed Ex is a mere shadow of its former self. Use a different shipper.

the experience was great. no matter what day or what time of day i go, Fez always greets you, has a smile and gives GREAT customer service, ALWAYS. he truly knows and shows his outstanding customer service skills. i've been in line waiting and i see how he treats everyone the same. cordially, respectfully and again, with a smile. doesn't matter the age of the customer either. in this world of declining good/great customer service, it's a pleasure to be helped by someone like Fez. he is a keeper for sure!!! KUDOS to him for giving wonderful customer service, every time. please make sure he sees this comment because he deserves to know how he made me feel as a customer. i will return to that location and i really hope i get him again and again and again. THANK YOU Fez for being there and making me feel good about using FedEx. i would say he should be a trainer, but what he does has to be within you. if it isn't then it doesn't matter how much you're trained. you just won't get it. thank you again for having Fez at this location. much appreciated!!!! :)

This is my go to place for all shipping needs. They are so friendly and courteous and always exceed my expectations. I've sent several items via ground that have arrived a day or two earlier than I was promised.
