Terrible customer service. I came in to drop off a package with a prepaid label for a family member, and was given the third degree because I didn’t know what was in it. The “customer service” person demanded that I phone my mother to find out what was being shipped before she would accept it. I took the package back and left. I eventually found a dropbox (not where FedEx said it would be by the way). Needless to say, I won’t be back. The UPS store doesn’t give me hard time when I drop off packages with prepaid return labels. They just smile and tell me to have a nice day.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that FedEx offers spiral binding services for music books! Av provided exceptional service during both of my visits. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but their knowledge about binding options made the whole process smooth and efficient.
Av handled my music books with care and delivered high-quality spiral binding at a remarkably reasonable price. I was so impressed with the results of my first book that I returned for a second one. If you need professional binding services, particularly for music books, I highly recommend visiting this FedEx location and asking for Av. They truly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The employees have their own set of rules regarding the boxes that they Receive. The two female employees—One time I had to find the tracking number so she could find my box 2nd time I had to give them the dimensions of the box which I had no idea and then another time the male Employee that works there was very accommodating. I didn’t have to do anything but show my ID. He found my box and I was on my way.
Please be aware of the dynamics of this FedEx facility- 7301 E Tanque Verde.

I had a notice on my gate that they tried to deliver a package bu5 I was here at home all day! Then later, I saw a FedEx truck parked in front of my house so I thought he was returning to deliver my package but then he just drove away! Calling FedEx is useless in a situation like this because all you get are recordings.
