My package tracking says out for delivery. That was 4 days ago with no updates. Just out for delivery. The service I used was 4 to 7 days usually for it to be delivered. Today was day 11 with no update. Just your package is on truck to be delivered. I ship a lot and Fed Express is the worst carrier. Little tip use the post office or UPS. Ups prices are the same as Fed Express and I never had an issue with UPS. I chose Fed Express because I can drop the package at Dollar General which is less than a mile from my home. But from here on our I will never use Fed Express ever again and I ship a lot through my business. I tried to get help through customer service but there is no human it is all digital. No thank you I will drive the extra few mes to UPS or the post office for a reliable carrier that can actually get the package to its destination in a reasonable time. I highly recommend you do not use Fed Express. They are awful all around.
Update the order finally cleared and everything worked out. Never got an explanation of what happened but it worked out. I have decided to use Fed Express again if I need to save customers money becAuse it did work out in the end. It would have been nice for a human to tell me what actually happened. Baby steps before I use Fed Express as my go to shipping company. But they can always build back my trust.
4 stars because the long delay and their customer service needs more attention. Maybe hire more humans with the tools to locate packages that are not on track or lost.

The Maanger, Josie, was not friendly nor very nice at all. I came in asking for a quote to ship a small box and asked about SurePost. She not only condescended me acting like I was stupid for asking about it but then proceeded to warn me about using my Airline Employee discount only for PERSONAL use, which the item was. Never in 10 years of using this discount had I had a clerk act like she was paying for the gas to take the package to Texas herself. A slight smile, a slight hint of niceness and some guidance as to why the package was so expensive to ship would have been nice. When I went to UPSstore and Post Office with same need and same questions they actually assisted me with courteous, informative and friendly service. Can't believe Josie is the manager treating customers so rude.

This time fedex has gone too far. Putting my label on a box that I was not shipping someone else was of family tapes while my recipient waits for her 69 # box that they also put the wrong label on at a cost of $151 shipping charge. I am livid. They need to fire incompetent help. Still not resolved. If you are the one that shipped family tapes please call fedex and let them know. Tracking ending in 2181 is actually your box and where it needs to go.

Mike was beyond helpful. I had to send package overnight. He helped reduce the size of my box to save me money. I appreciate his patience and kindness.

Everyone there is really nice. In addition I locked myself out of my car while I was there and they let me use their pliers which allowed me to get into my car. Very good people

I have been using Fed Ex quite a bit lately. I have been so pleased with the polite and attentive service. I especially like working with Mika. She is so efficient and helpful. Thank-you Mika for all the help you have given me.

Came in to get info converted from phone to paper. Man on duty handed me a card and I'm to busy you have to do your self. I explained I don't know how. He well I'm just busy. Went to ups, they were busy, but walked me through.

For self service faxes (in '23 seems like people should quit it with the faxes!) this was a good choice. Super helpful guy working the counters made navigating their monstrous fax set up a pretty tame affair. The prices per page are in the mid two dollar range per page (I know!). They have all the big printers, copiers and shipping goods one would expect in a decent location in Arizona Pavillions. Look for the Panda Express, these guys are in the building right by the Panda which is how I remember to get there. Clean & helpful.

I have used this facility at least weekly for the past seven plus years and always encountered a "can-do" friendly attitude. I have used Fedex Print and Ship Centers all over Tucson/Phoenix and Southern California and this one stands above the rest.
