They shipped a brand new mountain bike, disassembled UT without my permission, and threw all loose components in their box, no packing, no care, , the bike was a gift and it fix it was almost $900... they don't care, worst Shipping experience of my lifetime..BEWARE

I was treated extremely poorly today!!! I was there around 2pm. I was dropping a prepaid package. There were 3 employees visible. 2 customers at the counter. The counter where you put packages was empty, there was no line and I said to the employees I saw, I am dropping this off. Then, thinking I was helping and not wanting to trouble anyone I said, I'm going to leave this here is that ok? One employee looked up from what he was doing and said, I quote, "Ma'am, quit talking, don't ask another question". At that, another employee came over and I said, I am just dropping this, it's a prepaid return. In my 62 years, I have never been treated with such disrespect. It was very rude and uncalled for!!!! I hope this employee is dealt with!

I typically hate going to shipping centers to send of boxes because I almost always have a bad experience at FedEx - but I am glad I went today. I was helped by Matt and not only was he kind and professional but he also made sure I got the best price for my package. The process was so easy and friendly I will definitely always come to this location to ship off packages. Kudos to Matt for the great work!

Went there to ship a phone back to google covered under warranty and had a prepaid mailing slip. I was told they couldn't accept it since the label didn't show the lithium battery warning on it and I would have to get a new label or a sticker. They said I coudn't get a battery sticker/label from them and would need to start the return process over in order to get a entirely new label through google. I then asked if I could buy the battery warning label and they said no and they also could not tell me where I could go buy one. I instead ran across the street to the UPS store where they simply gave me a battery warning label to apply to my shipping box. I then had to go back to the FedEx store so they could then accept the shipping package. It was a pretty terrible and bizzare experience. The employees said they were just following what they were told although they could have just slapped a battery sticker on the box and taken care of everything that was needed. The employees were nice enough about it and were just following the new policy but I will try to avoid FedEx and stick to the UPS store if at all possible.

Service ok no problems, My only issue was the young lady working in the store without a mask. Some people care some don't but if you require the customer to wear a mask then ALL employees should wear amask
