This was my third time being seen here and every experience has been great! I haven’t had to wait and the staff are all very kind! You can even make a same day appointment which is awesome!

My telehealth appointment was worthless. In fact the provider should have just told me he wouldn't be treating me instead of asking a few questions and acting like he was concerned. My issues were mucus build-up, slight fever, and asthma problems. I'm on a normal regiment with my pcp but still get acute issues at times. The provider didn't say that I wasnt in need of some sort of mucus decongestant, antibiotic, or a steroid for asthma issues. Instead he berated me about going to my pcp. Basically he told me that I've used Nextcare too often for his liking. As if I'm skirting the medical system for some reason to gain medication related to infections or pulmonary issues. If that's how you felt, why even take the appointment? I know why. $$$$ I wasn't given some big medical concern as to why he refused to treat me. It was absolutely along the guidelines of you've used us too much in the past. Your service was created as a tool for urgent care knowing hospitals aren't always needed, pcp aren't always available, and timing of the week effects things. My pcp gets reports of urgent care visits It's baffling that I am treated like I'm skirting the medical system for some nefarious reason and using Nextcare as a defacto pcp. Really? Congrats your useless provider took care of things. He's made sure you no longer have a patient who will use Nextcare. Not just that. Other family and friends are avoiding you now as well. I thought NPs and PAs took the hypocrite oath. Maybe it's just real Mds.

Made my appointment online, showed up at the recommended time. Literally waited less than 5 minutes to see the provider. I was in and out in 25 minutes tops. Very nice people from both the receptionist to the nurse to the provider we're all really nice

The wait time was extremely long. I had an appointment for 4:30. I wasn’t called back until after 5:30 and didn’t leave until 6:45. However the doctor was very thorough. At the end of the visit I asked for a doctor’s not to excuse me from work for the days I had been out. The doctor would not back date the note for the duration of my illness. I’ve never run into this issue in the past and have always used NextCare Urgent Care Centers. The receptionist was rude when I asked for clarification on the doctor’s note. When asked if my meds had been called in she responded, “If he said it’s there, it’s there.” I found her response short and unnecessary. I believe it’s her job to answer questions I have about my care and what I need. I’ll probably go to a different clinic in the future. I’ve never had an experience like this. I was not happy with how it went at all.
