While I never spoke to Brad, I did speak frequently with Lee Ann and Lisa, who were always so nice to speak with! If there was something they didn't know off-hand, they would find the answer and call me back promptly. I did have a few billing issues, but that was not due to the agency, but more a Farmers issue. I definitely recommend this office!
