The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. The staff members were exceptionally attentive, polite, and caring. If he wasn’t leaving, I would continue under his care indefinitely as trying to find a down to earth doctor is like a needle in a haystack! “This center is definitely in a sketchier part of town so I was hesitant to bring my child here for camp but I am so glad I did. The building is adorable and its very clean. The front desk staff always have a smile on their face and are extremely helpful. The rooms are perfect sized for camp and my daughter loves the women who are working her classroom. It seems like they do a lot more with the kids than they have at other buildings. Worth stopping in if you are in the area to see what they have to offer.”

We followed Dr. Amy Singer from her prior practice to Orange Grove because she provides personal attention to us and our medical concerns. But it’s not just her. These folks are organized. They follow through. They anticipate our medical needs - yes, they’ve called to remind us it’s time to make an appointment to come in. Not in a pushy way - in a caring way. They have testing services onsite (or across the parking lot). And their online patient portal gives us 24-hour access to our test results and records. Plus we can message Dr. Singer whenever we have a question or concern - and she answers us. We highly recommend Orange Grove Family Practice.”

“I loved the speed of service. We were in and out very quickly and the April, the nurse practitioner was really very good, taking the time to answer our questions and ease our minds about what we need to do. She did a great job. The nurse who checked my BP and prepped me to be seen seemed rushed and asked questions without seeming to hear the response but then again she may have been. I don't know what her backload of patients to prep was. I don't know why she seemed almost bothered to have to check on me but it could have just been a bad day for her. But she did do her job efficiently and quickly. But overall our visit was quick and efficient and April was so nice and helpful. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Our visit was good. Thank you very much. :) overall awesome because of the speed theytook care of you. Did not have a long wait time at anypoint during our visit. That was the best part of it all. Very efficient.”
