Over all nice place to stay close to alot if restaurants and my dental care. Cane up on holiday so was a bit more but not bad. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk "MEL" . Was extremely rude! Tried to check in at 11pm she told us she couldn't check anyone till after midnight when the night audit was done. Sat in parking lot until midnight attempted to check in and she told me and my husband she couldn't help us! After she said she would after the night audit! I've stayed here many times always enjoyed my stays except mel has alway been rude. Dont know why. Unexseptable! We dont deserve to be treated like second class. No one does

Great value. Staff is on fire. I run into Alyssa the most and she always greats with a smile. The rooms are roomy and well kept. Location can't be beat. Tons of dining and shops in the area.

Don't count on getting what you paid for. They advertised a walk in handicap shower, I paid for one and they did not provide it. The beds they say are queens are full at best and hard as a block. Very unpleasant and noisy in terms of low insulation in the window and door making the temps and blaring road very loud. Just not a great rest.

Grant location is never a good idea but we came well we had work don't on our house, but then they were doing work on the rooms, I couldn't relax. Fire alarm went off at 4 am and scared me and my kids so bad we ran out barefoot with no key. The gm was definitely doing his best to make sure we were OK.Walkability: Restaurants

Right off Grant Rd, can be noisy at times, but close to many things you may need. WiFi is not free, I've never been to a hotel where it's not included. Kitchenware is not provided in the room and must be asked for at the front desk. I liked everything about this hotel. However my room's a/c wasn't working correctly. It cooled the room down but most probably needs servicing. Besides that, I had no other issues and would stay here again.Rooms: Room was clean and bedding was great.

I am so thankful for this establishment!!! I have known countless people who find solace here and can comfortably live without being on the streets. Thank you guys for being so affordable but so nice and kind to guests.

HOTEL HELL !!! Booked room a month in advance for a month stay at this disgustingly filthy mismanaged, understaffed crap hole hotel. Room wasn't ready when I arrived at 9 pm after driving from NH for four days and exhausted. Went straight to grocery store and upon arrival at hotel at 10 pm after grocery shopping , still nothing in kitchen and less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Had to go down at 10:15 pm to get dishes, silverware, utensils. After unpacking groceries and clothing I tried to turn on tv and it did not work. Called the desk at midnight and they suggested I move to another room. I was unpacked and not moving groceries, clothing & everything for the kitchen I had to bring into the room due to their incompetency. I demanded a new tv or a new remote and had to walk downstairs again to get new remote. It worked so I turned down the bed to find what looked like p*** on the side of the bottom sheet. Obviously not changed between guests. I stripped the bed myself because the front desk said no one from housekeeping was available. I made a cup of tea an got into bed with no bottom sheet and promptly cut my lip on the chipped coffee cup provided. I experienced six sleepless nights because of a car alarm and the front desk denied it was taking place as they could not hear it. I videotaped the racket and continued taping until I got to front desk. They again denied a car alarm was blaring, basically calling me a liar at 1 am, so I made the idiot at the desk watch the video. They had no idea who the car belonged to and said there was nothing they could do. I hired an attorney and they refunded all my money and I moved out the next day. I may sue them for pain and suffering for six sleepless nights, the negative impact it had on my health and my cut lip. Total crap hole.

What else can I say except WOW! Everything was INCREDIBLE! The service, the ambiance, the pizza! (I know the local Domino’s isn’t affiliated with the hotel in any way, but BOY was my ‘za scrumptious! And the delivery driver? ?)Anywho.This place seriously exceeded my expectations. Super clean, great views, just really the bees knees if you ask me. If you’re looking to swoon a hot date, this is the place to be. (Just don’t let her catch you looking at the delivery girl! ?)

Horrible cleanliness. There were small black bugs on tables and kitchen upon arrival. I was told the problem was due to weather. I went to front desk to change rooms but same problem. I got cleaning bleach sanitizers, soap, and gloves and vacuum from staff before I stayed in room. I didn't get a room to have to clean it before I felt okay to sleep in it. Zero stars.

So the check in staff were very nice and the price was alright. The problems came that this is Tucson and the ac unit wasn’t working correctly and when I notified them they said they would come check it out but never did! Then about dusk all these flying insects appeared in the kitchen . No discount no assistance. If they fixed those issues it would be a very nice place to stay!Safety: Needs better upkeep

I’ve been using ESA across the country from Columbus,GA to Phoenix and now Tucson since 2007 for months long stays, and have never stayed at a cleaner, friendlier, more “in-tune” ESA.The Manager, Carlos is a great leader. At the front desk, Alyssa Desiree and Jackie make you feel like you’re “at-home”Maria in housekeeping always has a smile and makes sure you have what you need in a clean, comfortable room, and Henry says thank you for having for me to fix when he’s done fixing what was broken!What a great team!Safety: It’s a safe neighborhood!
