I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of products in the last couple of months. Six packages in total. Three of those packages arrived and the post office wanted an additional sixty dollars for extra shipping on top of the sixty dollars I had already paid for shipping for six packages. The post office sent it back and said the company could fix the shipping and ship it back to me. The other three packages were never even brought to me, the post office just sent them back. After weeks of waiting I have received four of the six packages and the other two have been sent back to sender twice after arriving at the post office. I'm starting to feel like I will never receive all of my orders. I understand mistakes happen, but this is getting ridiculous.

I had a order delivered to me that was completely someone elses order. I contacted them about 4 days later. They asked for pictures which I sent over. Then they immediately said they were sending me a return label to send back the wrong order I received. The return label unfortunately was sent to my spam folder. So after a months wait I emailed them again and we cleared everything up. No problem. Its just all about communication people. They are very nice work hard. Its really not his fault he went from 100 customers to **** customers over night. People need to be more understanding and not just react out of ignorant anger.

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to enailcouture because 123go nails have made a HUGE difference in my life! It's rare that I find a nail tech who I'm totally happy with. So for most of the 41 years I've been wearing long nails, I've done them myself. I'm very picky. The shape has to be just right. I used to dread doing my nails bc it took sooo long. I discovered 123go nails 2 years ago and it has been a game changer. I have purchased 4 different styles of 123go nails and they are all PERFECT! They take a fraction of the time to apply, they look amazing, they don't break, and they're quick and easy for me to do. Almost every person I come in contact with, women and men, comment on my sexy long nails stiletto's. And every set lasts about 4 weeks. So thank you enailcouture for greatly improving my life!

The company is as fake & fraudulent as the owner. Please don't trust any company run by someone who has spend his entire adulthood trying to become someone totally different (and not in a good way). Unfortunately, Max had all the potential in the world to be very successful but instead he's out here ripping people off and selling bs merchandise.

Although shipping was quick, the retailer did not make good on items sent. I contacted customer service in advance to make sure items are correct. The cotton candy monomer was the reason why the order was placed. After contacting them via email, they said it was the right item, you can smell the fumes from the purple monomer from our side of the package. They are not willing to make this right. First and last time. $21 bucks Ill be claiming back from the bank.

I picked up my order from ENail Couture today. It was ready for pickup within an hour of ordering! When I arrived I realized I had forgotten something and the staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating! Products are great quality, as always, and the everything pink thing is just awesome! I highly recommend ENail Couture!

Would do zero stars if there was an option, called the listed phone number to ask on availability for an item, the person who answered was polite but was advised by Max who was heard telling him that they did not have that information and that they did not have customer service, what kind of business is this, terrible way to run a business!…I took my business to amazon instead, better prices and quality??

i’ve ordered about 5 times and have never had an issue. i live in the same city so i have pick up option available and my order is ALWAYS ready within a couple hours. i love how friendly everyone is every time i come to pick up and/or call with questions. product quality is exactly what you pay for, no complaints at all!only recommendation is an overhaul on the website. it’s VERY chaotic and so hard to find what you’re looking for

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN! There are no SDS for his products listed and the ingredients are printed so small on the bottle that they’re illegible. What’s in your products that you don’t want us to know, MAX? Why were there little fibers in all of my brand new gel polishes? Did you manufacture them in your basement with your cats? Have you ever heard of quality control? Give your money to someone who cares, friends!

Horrible customer service! It takes three months to get any order and he continues to claim his products are made in the USA. I will never support a small business as deceitful and unprofessional as this one. Spend your money with a company that cares! I would give zero stars if I could!
