He fixed my car in a day (A/C, suspension, arm controls) I was so stressed about needing to buy another car since the repairs would be more than my car's worth, but they were able to do all the repairs at a reasonable price. I had taken my car two get estimates at two other places, but their quoted were so high it wasn't worth it and I also couldn't afford it. I'm so grateful for the work they did for me! My AC works great now and my car isn't making that awful creaking noise now

Terrible service and unethical business practices ,my vehicle was towed there for an estimate of some minor body repair,Ralph the owner of the shop disassembled the vehicle to do a simple estimate, leaving me no choice but to have him do the repair, ( SERIOUSLY WHO DOES THAT , an estimator is supposed to have the knowledge to look at a job and intelligently write up a cost estimate for the service to be done)Moving on he estimated the repair cost to be $3066.76 and take 3 weeks to complete. And that was just to replace hood ,bumper ,grill etc. And no paint. The estimate seemed very high but due to the fact of his disassemble of the vehicle, and due to said estimate he kinda off locked in the deal and now made it difficult for us to try to get other estimates. So we decide to have him do the repair ,only because he assured us that it would take no longer than 3 weeks, so on those terms we made a deposit of $2870.92 so he would start the repair and be completed in 3 weeks. So it was supposed to be done and picked up by January 04, 2022. That was our original date of completion. So moving on we called to check on completion and pick up of vehicle and was told that there was a shortage of parts and it would not be completed on time. Ok I guess that's understandable, but I have a couple friends who are mechanic and did a little investigation of my own on this parts shortage that was the cause of delay on my vehicle being completed. And to my surprise we were able to find several vendors that had the parts available for my vehicle to be completed. I felt so decieved.Out of sheer curiosity and concern about the progress on my vehicle I visited the facility and to my surprise I found my vehicle in the same state as the day he disassembled it and did the estimate, nothing was done. Moving forward it is now Saturday February 26th 2022 and I am told vehicle is complete and ready for pickup. This is over 60 business days later from his initial possession of the vehicle for repair. Just happy that my vehicle is finally done, I make arrangements to pick up my vehicle with the shop owner Ralph, who then proceeded to tell me that I have a new balanced owed of $1239 owed and that he will not release my vehicle till the balance is paid and then threatened me that he would start filing for an abandoned title in 2 days,if the bill was not paid . I'm sorry but I'm a single mother of 3 and I totally feel taken advantage of here . We agreed on a price of$3066.76 , according to his 4 page estimate and a max completion time of 3 weeks. Paid him almost in full a deposit of $2870.92 ,so that would leave a balance of $195.84 to be paid on completion and pick up of vehicle. Now five weeks past the original completion date ,my vehicle is finally done and ready for pickup ,unfortunately to get my vehicle I was told I have a new balance of $1239, that's over a thousand dollars over the previous balance,I was never informed of this additional cost or have I seen any receipts for any of the parts that were supposedly ordered and replaced on my vehicle, nor the collection of old parts that was taken of my vehicle for replacement. He has provided me with no proof what so ever of parts and services and now is holding my vehicle hostage and threatening to keep the vehicle. This man Ralph and his business is a rip off institution ,that unfairly takes advantage of a single mother and unjustly and unethically runs a business scamming and preying on those he believes to have no knowledge about the automotive industry.Honestly worst experience ever, constant lies about the work being done and just many excuses as to changes of completion date and then, surprise marked up bill way over estimate, with no proof or explanation as to reason for the additional cost and then the grand finale the threat to sieze my vehicle and file for and abandoned title ,claiming ownership for non payment. In conclusion I hope this complaint is a warning and helps people to realize that this company is unethical and prays and takes advantage of people that they see as be

The Aldecoas have several fraud charges filed against them. Ranging from vehicle theft, selling stolen vehicles (the ones they stole, and others) to destruction of private rental properties, after they refuse to pay the rent.
