Gave me a vehicle with existing body damage and blamed it on me when i returned the vehicle even though i had taken photos of existing damage.Update 1: spoke with Clark C. and it is working on being resolved. Will update once fully resolved.

Friendly staff, upsold me on a vehicle saying it was the only available, not communicative about prices and payment. I imagine this is enterprise policy/pressure to upsell rather than the individual staff but disappointing nonetheless. I've been an Enterprise customer for years and am sad to say I won't be renting with them anymore.Edit: Zero response from Enterprise below

Directed to a pricier rental and told it was the only option available and told it would be covered by the insurance company. Later learned they do not know in advance what amount insurance will cover, charged hundreds of dollars extra. I've been a longterm Enterprise customer but will switch to Turo or carsharing.

The manger Miranda was totally unprofessional. After asking all different kinds of questions including the room number of the hotel I was staying she still wanted to call and confirm with the hotel. Even after the an orthodox questions I was refused rental. I felt total discriminated against by her.

Popped in randomly, without a reservation, needing a car and the team went out of their way to get me one from another location even though they were out. Went so far as to drive me to the other location and even gave me a ride to the train station when I returned the vehicle. Great group working here and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from again. Thanks!

Every time I need to rent a car, it hasn't been for pleasure, and it is usually a last minute thing. And I am already very stressed out and hoping I am not being a pain, Every single person I have encountered there is wonderful, I don't know who hired you all, but good job. ? unfortunately I have another emergency so I am here to try to book another last minute rental, and I got distracted by a negative review and I thought they must be talking about a different location. Even though I will be on the other side of town I refuse to try another location I feel comfortable with them. I am sure I will see a familiar face or 2.. keep it up and thank you ?

you can't return a car on sundays? so either you have to return a car a whole day early and have no car at all/rely on ride sharing or find another place to rent a car. You just lost my business because you don't allow sunday returns and I have to find a rental car somewhere else. Doesn't make sense on your part.

5 star experience! This location is an amazing location, I had to get a rental though my insurance which is super stressful but picking up my rental here was super easy and quick thanks to both Cris & Miranda! They both were super helpful and explained everything I needed to know, they were so busy with customers but didn’t lack anything from me and they were just amazing, they made a stressful experience just easy and quick, and again they were so nice I patient, something you can’t find in customer service these days. Location was also clean and my rental was also clean! 10/10 couldn’t say anything better, thank you again to the both of you!

Very first car rental- called MULTIPLE times to figure out all of the details because I didn’t want to be surprised the morning of picking up the car…. Nonetheless, didn’t receive all the information I needed and ended up with problems at the time of trying to pick up. Made me late for work, ended up not getting the rental, extra $200 of hidden fees, and suddenly needed paperwork I was not forewarned about. May never try to rent a car again after this terrible experience…. And I can guarantee if I do it will not be with Enterprise.

The costumer service I’ve experienced here is the best I’ve ever had while traveling. I’ve rented from this location multiple times and am always greeted with a smile and they make sure I get exactly what I need to get to my destination safely. They work very efficiently so I am on the road in no time!
