I went through the line, they then told me they can't test my vehicle in that lane, waited again. As I was waiting noticed then looking out and even pointed at me. Low and behold they said it failed and still charged me.
FYI there's no engine light or reason it would fail. Must be low on the budget... or just salty
Either way I'll go to a different emissions facility in a couple weeks and I bet $20 it'll pass
They must not like working there

We only come here because its required by law in AZ. Some staff are very professional and friendly. You can check online for live wait times prior to visiting each location. Wish registrations was a flat rate like other states.

I usually don't like going to government facilities as there inefficient, mismanaged and have alot lazy/ unengaged personel.
This place can't be run by AZDOT as it has great staff very polite, professional and efficient.
First inspection with my 40' Class A diesel motorhome and was in and out in 15 minutes.
