I enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites here. The staff was good. The happy hour was understaffed however. As well as the breakfast bar, where I feel that they can still offer fresh pancakes and French toast which I really miss.
I've gotten better at ignoring microaggressions however as I was leaving after I had already spoke to the front desk about a late check-out the man at the desk decided to say something real snide I did ignore it then however I will put it on notice. He was the only person with this type of attitude there

An upgrade since when it was the Radisson but there are still nagging problems like a sink which doesn't drain properly (see pic), frayed carpeting and insufficient trash receptacles. Nice included breakfast though. Location is not great but there is a Trader Joe's nearby.

Really disappointed that they don't clean your room daily for over $240.00 plus tax a night ?? We travel for business all over the USA ??? Trash plus sheets etc. sat outside 1 room in a big black bag for over 36 hours ??? Had to ask for extra pillows after receiving acknowledgement email from the facility ?? Ground definitely could of been cleaner ... Staff very friendly !
Rooms: Clean room everything we needed but A / C could of got colder temp was 113 outside ??

Met Client at 4 elements in Embassy Suites. Clean and seats were available without waiting.
Service was good and drinks were pricy but above average.
Try the Onion Rings a specialty.

Embassy Suites in Tucson is a nice place, large motel, good breakfast and a no charge happy hour with beer, wine etc. Our room 246 with two queen beds, couch and a table was nice. The balcony was way too small to be enjoyable. $180.00 Saturday 5/20/2024

Our room is fine. The restaurant is OK. Nothing like the other Embassy suites that we’ve stayed and we like much better cocktail hour is just a joke used to give you glasses not plastic for the cocktail hour felt like we were in a cafeteria. I think we were in the pool is the pool is beautiful, but all the chairs are ripped. The towels are tiny little washcloths, always stayed Embassy suites but now I need to double check again before i stay in one was definitely not my favorite hotel ever we were here for six days. I’m still here actually and it’s $1200. I could stay at the Hampton Inn for $100 a night which I wish I would’ve. I did this because I wanted a little bit of a resort like we’re visiting my husband sister that’s in the hospital. That’s the only reason we chose this location. definitely a disappointment
