I’m not sure how this sorry of a so called business lady is STILL in business when she constantly lies and steals from her customers. She told me she would refund my dress and give it to me at no cost HOWEVER she never delivered on the dress and I STILL do not have my money! We made complaints with the BBB and nothing has happened which is extremely frustrating bc she continues to fail at her so called job.

This place is a scam!! I had posted to warn people about this place and my post was removed. Roxanne had me pay in full for a "package" I was left with a dress the wrong color, no butterflies and flowers we did not want. No hoodie, no crown, no mother dress, no bear, no book, no cake knife. I had to take the dress somewhere else to help fix it because she gave me excuses until the last minute before the sweet 16. I did file a complaint to the BBB.

This owner told us to pick up our refund next door at the smoke shop. She said she will leave our refund with Adam. He said, "She is bad business"!
I paid in Feb in cash.

The manager from this store is a scam. She tried to scam me for my money. She promised a dress that was never made and claims she deals with a dress maker in California. I got fed up and she tried to say it was cuz she order the material which was wrong and it was my fault it was changed with no proof of any material or dress. As my event was coming up she said of i thought the event was this month not the month i told her I needed the dress as ahe was vwry clear with when asking for money in the beginning. She then claims she was going to give me some of my money back but not all after arguing with her for my refund. Please do not go to business or refer anyone too her as her she makes so many excuses and will ruin your special day or event.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We went there to get my sisters quince dress when we first approached her she was very sweet and convinced us on the price and everything, come to find out she’s such a scammer!! My mom would struggle so much to have contact with her we would have to be driving to the store just so she can talk to us even then she would never give us a direct answer or show us any progress that she was doing. We had to get the cops involved and they finally gave her a date that she had to give us all of the stuff. We struggled so much so please don’t go with this women she will make your quince so stressful!

HORRIBLE SERVICE-SHE DOESN'T EVEN MAKE THE DRESSES HERSELF-VAILATES HER CONTRACTS--KARMA WILL CATCH UP SOON****in response to the reply from this "business owner"my last items were given to us the NIGHT before the Quince---we didn't get the 3 gowns that were on the contract either. We were told all items(bear, cups, crown, dresses and pillows) are considered a "gift". WE PAID FOR THIS AND THEY ARE ALL LISTE D IN THE CONTRACT. You have had 3 different assistants in the last 6 months.You have a pathetic business ethic- you pawn your personal problems off on your customers and just expect us to deal with it. God help anyone who walks through your door. Don't worry though-your karma will get you and your family one day.

This girl made my quince dress it came out so gorgeous but I do not recommend her she ran me and my mom threw circles we made a trip up there 3 times the first 2 she had nothing ready the 3 time it was finally ready I was supposed to get my dress in July but she was still not ready I finally got my dress a week before my quince and she ruined my photo shoot because she was not ready for me to pic up my dress but she would never answer are calls when we will call when she found out are number then we had my auntie call and she answered then when she she found out my quintet number she would not answer so she tried from her work number and she answered but plz people I am trying to save you a hassle from doing this it put you threw a lot of stress so don’t do it find some where else to go to btw she said she had everything but she didn’t I never got my short dress or my crown
