I came and told them my tire size tried selling a bigger size said no my car is to low for that tire still installed the tires I said no to had to come back for the right tire size and was giving attitude as if it was my fault for there mistake first time here and that’s the customer service we got

If I could give zero stars I would. They take advantage of people here. I went on a Sunday with a tractor tire and they saw that I was in a hurry with an emergency to repair the tire and they took advantage of me and charged me $70 to patch it. I would have gone in my car and they charged me $15 for the same process. I know what it's like to fix a tire and it was the same process and it didn't require any more work than a regular tire. But everything is fine, everything in this life takes its toll.

Unfortunately, i had a horrible experience with taking my aunts truck to get it aligned. They left it worse after going with them. The guy just drove it around a couple of times and acted like he was doing stuff to it and never did anything. They dont give you no actuall proof they did anything to your vehicle. It's very unprofessional. Be aware and keep an eye on your vehicle. I personally dont recommend this place. I won't be going back for none of their services.

Employees aren't honest and are giving this location a bad reputation. Employees give you a different price rather then what the shop really charges. So be careful in getting scammed by the Employees.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY, COME W. Someone WHO KNOWS HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH.
SOME OF THESE GUYS WILL TRY TO HUSTLE YOU $20 JUST TO TAKE OFF A RIM AND PUT IT BACK ON , WHEN REALLY THEY CHARGE $10

One of the Ayi workers was very rude, he wasn't the one who fixed my tire and he was still charging me double.
One of the workers was very rude the very first minute I got there after another workers did the job then he proceeded by charging me double the price.

Although they were quick to help, I was quoted a lower price on the phone and told a higher price when I got there.
Out of all south side tire places , even the lowest quoted price was still higher than the other shops.
They do have a huge lot though.
Card machine was also down so it was cash only, but it could have been just that day.
