I have been with Allstate for almost 15years and When we moved from midwest to Tucson, I changed the agency to Edmund, it's a big mistake. Their customer service is the worst. They quote something and when you are ready to sign up, the rates suddenly triple. They collected my payment 10 days ago and still have not refunded after canceling. When emailed about this, they want a copy of my credit card statement for proof. I am not comfortable sending them anything. I will call the credit card next week and file for fraudulent transaction. Beware of the bad practices at this agency.Update on 1/4/2024Today I received a mail from Allstate that shows a balance of 60.63 on my account. This agency needs to get their acts together. I am not sure where this balance came from. I paid the full policy amount when I signed up last year, they added additional amount claiming for the fire insurance reasons, then I got the certificate from Metro fire department and sent it over to them, they then made some adjustments but still showed this 60.63 balance . When I called the agency, they said, don't worry, that will be taken care of, on the contrary they never did. I have been Allstate valued customer for 15years and this is how they treat their clients. Calling this agency is impossible, never answer. Beware and run from this agency.

I have received sound advice about what coverages I need for myself and my family. That is what truly separates Edmund Marquez: Allstate Insurance from his competition. The cost of the insurance is very competitive in the marketplace. Good advice - good coverages - good price.

I had an auto policy with this company for over 8 years , and had the gold coverage to protect premium increases in the event of an accident. I unfortunately had two in 2021 and I had the gold coverage in 2021 but removed the coverage in 2022 to save on my month bill. No one at this agency explained the penalty for removing gold coverage and I was hit with a huge premium increase that I could not afford. Lesson Learned and this company could careless !Happily, I have found another insurer for a fraction of the cost of Allstate. LATER

Definitely, the worst agency as they do not follow up when auto payments have stopped and let the clients to lapse on their policies. I don’t know how I was a customer for many years! Definitely, these people should care more on their book of business and follow up when there are problems, especially with clients with long relationships with the agency. Nothing against AllState just the agency.

Very poor at communication and getting back to you. You have to keep calling them to get anything done. Was in process of purchasing home and they had me waiting 7 days until they could get proof of insurance to my lender. I am not sure if Allstate as a whole is inefficient but this agency definitely is. Seems they are taking on more business then they can handle. Requested cancellation of policies over phone with Markus and was assured they would be canceled but find out a week later they were never canceled. Switched to a different insurer and got better rates and agent sent the proof of insurance over in minutes.

Canceled without warning and they continued to take my payments. They told me, finally, that I can no longer buy a policy from them. Now after not having their insurance for a few years, they're suddenly calling me again. I'm not pleased, to say the least. If they want to refund what they owe me, they can leave a voicemail. If not, they need to stop calling.

Within the last 10 years, my husband and I insured our three rentals, two cars and more. We divorced, he died, and I only needed car and condo insurance. My insurance payment was paid thru my bank. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but my insurance was canceled for being past due. My bank account showed I missed one month. I called Allstate for help and was told it was too late to rectify, to go to Geico for three months and come back since they couldnt insure me because my policy had lapsed. I was obviously upset. Absolutely no way to treat a loyal customer. Im so disappointed, I will never go back. I called Progressive and was immediately insured for the exact same coverage for a lesser price! I will not renew my condo insurance when my current policy expires. Marquez Allstate, your admin staff needs retraining.

I have had the worst customer experience with this group. I have emailed my rep with absolutely NO response to me. If any calls were made it was to my husband who could not take calls which is why i would call in the first place. To be completely ignored and side stepped is not only infuriating but also disrespectful of them. This was brought to their attention may times to no avail. They fought with me to remove a non driver from my policy for months. Then when they finally did my auto payment was cancelled. Then 1-2 weeks after I noticed no payments were being taken i called and they assured me it was back to auto draw. Only to get a notice the next month that my policy was cancelled due to non payment!!! I then made a payment 1 week after the supposed auto draw date and was informed it was too late my policy was cancelled !!! Go ANYWHERE else.

I have to refer people to insurance agents all the time for my work- and I have been particularly impressed with how Edmund and his team handle their clients. They are thorough, responsive and honest. His staff is knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely recommend them to take care of any insurance needs- from car and homeowners to commercial and life. I appreciate that they are always willing to help someone out to the best of their ability and also responsive to fixing issues if they are brought to their attention.

Edmund is top 1% in the region & for good reason, he doesn’t purchase leads nor believe in investing for his employee turn out. Greedy. I’ve known of 4 employees quitting in the last year and one on the way out now. I couldn’t believe it when I heard it as I enjoyed my coverage but seriously go to any other agency in tucson. My favorite agent was recently let go for a flat tire and struggling quota, he had actually earned a bonus before this happened and I heard do to ‘corporate’ he wouldn’t be receiving it. Corporate or not, Edmund is a self made millionaire who just got back from vacation and drives a Tesla. This bonus for said agent would literally be chump change. Was at the Hut today when the texts from Edmund himself were being passed around, poor kid practically begged for the money he earned. Says a lot about Edmunds character and even more about the agency, if he’s cutting corners with his employees just imagine customers. State Farm has better coverage & at least you’re giving your money to someone honorable. I doubt I’m the only one at the bar in shock and disgusted with what happened today… just beware.

I'd go to literally any other agency in tucson. Edmund is top 1% in the region and for good reason, he does not purchase leads. In insurance terms, he has agents scouting with little to no incentive so he does not have to invest in keeping his office running. Greedy. My favorite agent was recently let go because of a flat tire and struggling quota. Called around other agencies and sure enough, they operate differently. This agent had already earned a bonus when he was let go and due to 'corporate' he won't receive it. Pretty strange considering Edmund is a self made millionaire who literally just got back from another vacation and drives a Tesla. Corporate or not, paying this employee what he earned would be chump change. Goes to show his character. State Farm has better coverage & you'll know your money is going somewhere honorable. Just beware...
