This is the 5th time, I don’t blame them I blame my self. Each time I go there I spend almost $20 on just water. They have no soap or anything else. Today I recorded a video of it while I’m here now to let others know not to be stupid as me

This used to be the place to go, but recently they either aren't open (orange cones blocking the entrance and exits of the wash "rooms" OR there's an issue with the "tools".
Today, the pre wash was only spraying water out, the soap brush was clogged up and hardly coming out, and there was no high pressure soap coming from the tool either. (I just bought a new car (to me), so I'm not interested in using an automatic car wash.)
After trying over and over again, it's unfortunately time to move on and find a wash that works consistently- it's starting to feel like a waste of money now :(.

This used to be the go-to car wash. Now, it's garbage. Don't waste your time or money. Especially with the drive-thru wash, my car is 1/4 washed and soaking wet still.

This car wash has gone down hill. Every bay except one or maybe two, if you're lucky, is coned off and inoperable. The past two times I have gone there and actually able to get into a bay to wash my car, there is absolutely no soap coming out of the pressure wash. No spray wax comes out, it is nothing but water. You guys used to maintain this car wash. What happened?

Used the auto car wash yesterday. I noticed that the whole rear of the car had dried spots of a white substance. Rinse seemed incomplete or the fans were inadequate.

The automatic car wash does a really good job at cleaning cars as opposed to the other autos that are available in town.
The prices are great as well as the options they offer. And best of all, the card reader works ? Use this auto instead

Used to be a great place. Now half the vacuums don’t work. The only way to know if they work is if you put money in them. And every single car wash bay was out of order except for one. I think they sold the place because the owner used to be there every single day. Now I never see him.

I'm so tired of these poorly run car washes. I'm in Bay 3 and of course it takes my money and the only phone number goes right to a voicemail so basically it took my 3.00 and I'm not doing a car wash. You would think that if you own this business you would appreciate your customers and make your business a place that's fabulous. This is exactly why top notch car wash places are taking these little guys out. Learn to appreciate your business and your customers...ugh

4/24/24 put $12.00 in to wash and wax my car...put it on wax NO WAX. Told the worker he said..yeah it's not working but we gonna fix them. No refund or HEY LET ME NOVE U TO ANOTHER AND WE WILL GET WAX ON IT. Not cool at all. Took a video of the machine not spitting out wax. Then go to buy towels and tire shine...IT DONT WORK. Very bad place very bad. Left them a note with my info. Lets see if they make it right or nah.

This car wash is right across from the base and it cleans better than anywhere else. It’s a self service with multiple functions. Almost too many to choose. I really just use the pressure washer and foam brush. Whatever the soap is, it’s good. My truck comes out like a shiny penny. I don’t even need to dry it, there is no residue. Best to bring a wad of quarters but I do believe it accepts cards if I remember right.
